"Handmade in the US by the same company that made the original Ammo Can version. Oscillator and LFO are the same as in the original except for where the circuitry and build quality have been improved. Unique and extremely fun and playable synth for the drone enthusiast or to add one of the most beloved modern synth voices to a guitar or bass pedal board. Features and specs include:

-2 independent oscillators with square and triangle waveforms
-PLL (phase locked loop) tracking for LFO and Pulse waveforms

All Knobs / Sliders Present
Both OSC 1 and OSC 2 work perfect
Filter / Contour Generator, LFO Modulation and Pitch Bend working
Octave Switching, relative pitching for OSC 2 works in any sync mode
CV In/Out and Trigger In/Out present, but never tested
Modulation may have to "warm up," but works fine after initially getting it started
Master Volume knob is noisy, but works fine
Custom Power Supply Included

Teenage Engineering OP-1 and Mutable Instruments Clouds | The Prelude

"Hello my friends. I have a good old buddy back: The Teenage Engineering OP-1 has arrived a couple of days ago! And it's joined by the Mutable Instruments Clouds Eurorack Module - my first Eurorack Module ever. In this Video it provides a little Ambience to some very basic Patterns that i made with the OP-1.

Clouds receives Audio from the Elektron Analog Four and is fed directly into the Input of the OP-1 where it's monitored on Track 4.

This is just the first of some more Videos where i will use Clouds and the OP-1 together. Stay tuned for more ;-)

"This week in our occasional series where we pair synthesizers, modules or FX for a musical interlude, we use the Mutable Instruments Clouds - we have a special version which our Sonic TALK viewers bought in celebration of our 500th episode and had a custom faceplate made for it. Ours is called Fulsome Clouds. its an interesting unit which allows you to take sounds recorded into the input buffer, and apply granular operations to it, and sending the results into a lovely reverb.

We pair that with the Korg Minilogue - the first affordable analogue poly which we reviewed when it came out. The Minilogue is a surprisingly capable instrument for the money."
