Waldorf Quantum - Rain Maker - Pad
Published on Feb 2, 2019 100 Things I Do
"I thought I would share the sound of a pad I created recently, its a mix of wavetable, granular and classic oscillator. I normally do a lot of outboard processing either in the DAW or via Eventide and Lexicon units. In this demo I thought I would do everything on the Quantum and bring it in and out slowly to highlight the way the patch is built. Besides a tad a EQ and compression/limiting this was recorded 100% Quantum.
The depth of the effects section and the quality of the filters (and ability to change routing of filters) opens up a unique world of sound creation!"

"The Solton Programmer 24s is an Italian analog synth from 1985. It's basically 80s in a box. It's got drums, bass, synth, arps, strings, organ sounds as well as a 64 programmable patterns with accompaniment if you so chose. This italo-disco synth is enough by itself to do an entire set.
All rhythm and bass have separate 1/4 outs as well as a main L/R and Midi I/O/T"

Retro Mechanical Labs Electron Fuzz Custom CV Euro Pedal for Eurorack Modular

Published on Nov 12, 2016
"This is a rather amateurial filmed review of the Retro Mechanical Labs Electron Fuzz Custom CV Euro Pedal for Eurorack Modular Review - as reviewed by a guy who never did a review. So please don't be too harsh with your criticism.
Intro blabbering 00:10
Mirrored knobs and naming brutality 04:43
Sinewave distortion 07:18
Using cv for pain, hurt and fb osc 09:53
Destroying a sequence 13:59
Mangling drums 18:15
Control voltage distortion fuzz pedal with 4 CV inputs and lots of sexy character. Best used with Eurorack modular synthesizers or any other piece of analog synth that has control voltage capabilities (f.e. Moog Sub 37, Electron Analog 4, etc.). Pricing 349,- USD, needs an additional external 9 volt DC power supply (negative tip).
Some additional info I got from Jonathan Irish / RML concerning the functions:
'The 'cut' toggle removes the sub low end frequencies.'
'The knob under the feedback OSC knob is an input attenuation knob. Its marked with -Z and +Z. As you turn it to the right it will add resistance and reduce the amount of signal going into the distortion circuit.'
'As for the OSC Noise: Its pitch can be controlled by the Hurt/Pain CVs while in self oscillation. Sending in CV to the Hurt/Pain or OSC noise you can make it play notes. Nothing exact as 1 volt per octave, but still fun.'"

"RETRO MECHANICAL LABS ELECTRON FUZZ EURORACK
Retro Mechanical Labs' acclaimed Electron Fuzz Custom has finally been given the full Eurorack treatment! Along with CV input for Hurt, Pain, Feedback and Distortion level, the modular version features an input gain stage for use with guitars and line level audio and both "Eurorack-level" and pre-gain stage audio output.
ELECTRON FUZZ EURORACK FEATURES
CV inputs for Pain, Hurt, Oscillator Feedback and Distortion
Guitar Pedal Interface (GPI)-style input for attenuating and amplifying the signal going into the distortion circuit
Independent clean mix and distortion volume control for full dry/wet control
x1000 switch for extreme gain
Low cut filter toggle switch
True bypass toggle switch for ease of use during performance"
