"Juno 106 in pristine cosmetic condition! This synth definitely will need to be professionally serviced. Based on my research, this synth has issues that are common in all 30 year old Juno 106s that have not been serviced. A couple of immediate issues are that the 8' range, Midi Ch, Poly 2, and Key Transpose buttons are not responsive. The filter cutoff slider works once you hit the 50% mark (the bottom half of the slider has no effect). This issue is demonstrated in the video. Once the synth has been on for about 10 minutes, some keys start to be unresponsive. When the high output switch is engaged, most voices will cause a cracking sound. This issue can be resolved by using the medium output switch."

"Arturia's MicroFreak has a four voice digital oscillator based on the Mutable Instruments Plaits run through an analog state variable filter. The MicroFreak has a fun to play touch keyboard as well as an arpeggiator and sequencer.

There are two envelopes, one that loops and an LFO as well as a modulation matrix for routing control signals around the synthesizer. In this video we used the Arturia DrumBrute Impact for some drums.

Moog Prodigy 32-Key Monophonic Analog Synthesizer

"Up for sale (and priced to sell) is one Moog Prodigy. I've placed the year to 1980-1981 (Could be wrong). The serial is unclear because it looks like 7081, but I know that the unit didn't include CV/Gate (like this one) after number 4610. It's smudged, so you be the judge.

Perhaps to a collector's chagrin, I personally opened it up and restored it. I am an amateur, but I followed the instructions as prescribed by this youtube video:

I cleaned the circuit board, soap brushed the control panel, replaced the missing plastic switches, dusted the knobs, and then sanded and refinished the wood panels (sides/front) with a darker varnish to match my Dave Smith synths. I think I did a good job for an amateur, but your endorsement will only be ratified and vindicated by the money with which you purchase it. I priced it to lowest fair price plus the money I put into its restoration and reasonable shipping price.

Functionally, it is in fantastic shape. The keys obviously have a bit of wear after 40 years, but each one works as it should. The only sticky switch is the filter/loudness release on/off switch. If you are nice to it, it will flip just fine. There is some give in all of the knobs and switches, but this synth is meant to be handled gently like any piece of 40 year old equipment so don't be stabbing it Keith Emerson style."

"Variations on a few themes I recorded with the Moog Matriarch. One of which appears as the opening credits for the beautiful & breathtaking premiere film that Moog composed for the Matriarch. This particular piece has some heavy use of analog treatment during mixdown, including combing the synthesizer with some haunting field recordings to conjure some thematic contrast. However all the synthesis you hear is the amazing Moog Matriarch prototype.

Recorded, mixed, & manipulated on a Tascam 388 and mixed to an Otari MX5050
