"This is another episode of PURE ANALOG here with VINTAGE synth OBERHEIM SEM (= Synthesizer Expander Module). Two of these SEM units make the sound engine of a TWO VOICE (TVS) and four of them obviously a FOUR VOICE -- PURE ANALOG is a project to find out and show the qualities of analog synthesizers and eventually also hybrids. And exciting Question is also how contemporary synths like this lush GRP A-2 or EREBUS NYX compare to vintage legends like MINIMOOG or ARP ODYSSEY or ROLAND JUPITER 4 etc. So this piece will be played and performed with different synths in the future track by track recorded in DAW without any equing or otherwise processed in DAW, no add modulation, reverb, saturatio or other FX. Only a mastering compressor, EQ and Limiter is used on the sum. So what you hear is completely un-FX-ed material -- almost impossible to find these days!!!"

"The mystery continues!! The very useful Select Bus or modular MIDI CV line bus has a lack of masters so I decided to make a module while waiting for the PCB's for the Melisma & Sequarallel to get here (which will both have Select Bus features).

Not sure about the zoom feature. I saw it work somewhere but now can't find that video and thought there was a certain MIDI message for that but can't find that either. Basically I'm calling out for help on zoom!
I'm going to drop it into the demo rack soon enough so will video findings then."

"Ramxes is an alternative, trip-hop & electronic musician based in Houston, Texas. He has produced for rappers locally and a few that are not local, such as Lil B “The Based God.” His own music has been said to remind people of space or give them a futuristic feeling. He is currently working extensively with the Rev2 and Prophet 12 on a new project entitled End Of The World: Deep Crimson which will be the first in a series of projects called The End Of The World Tapes.

"The Intellijel FSR, or Force Sense Resistor, is an expressive touch pad that can be used to control your patches in a number of ways. It offers a CV output that responds to changes in pressure on the pad by outputting up to five volts, along with a gate output that holds open as long as the pad is touched. You can either press the pad to modulate elements in your patches, or tap it to trigger things. However you use it, it's sure to add a personal touch to your sound.
