Doepfer Polyphonic System (Noisebug Exclusive!)

video upload by NOISEBUG

https://www.noisebug.net/

"The new debut of the Doepfer Polyphonic System we created here at Noisebug.

This compact 4 Voice system is inspiring us to create more polyphonic patches in eurorack and to explore how different polyphony can be approached in the modular format. Unlike conventional polyphonic keyboards, the modular format allows polyphony to be explored in a much deeper mindset by having all the components of a polyphonic synth at your finger tips, and to be patched in 100’s of ways!"

One more:

"4 Voice poly patch cycling through voices using the Arturia Keystep Pro. LFO’s are giving the filter a sense of movement by having them cycle freely."

MPC Hype Synth 2-OP FM Tones! A pseudo FM synth?

video upload by Fortress of Sound

"Part of a quick and dirty tips series, a quick look at the MPC Live and the new VST plugin Hype which features a FM synth but it's not very obvious. Behind the curtain there is a full fledged FM synth, but unfortunately it's quite limited currently. There are many creative ways it can be used though, and I go over a few of those here."

VCV Plaits vs Hardware Plaits Blind Test

video upload by Omri Cohen

"I recorded 6 different modes of the VCV Rack version of Plaits, and the hardware version of Plaits, trying to play the same things, more or less. I added no effects whatsoever, and I find it interesting if you can hear the difference between the two versions. Each example has an A and a B part so write in the comments which one you think is the VCV Rack version and the Eurorack version for each example.

00:00 - Introduction
00:28 - Example 1
01:23 - Example 2
02:23 - Example 3
03:19 - Example 4
04:06 - Example 5
04:53 - Example 6"
