Moog Subsequent 25 - Sweet Sounds [SOUNDSET] • Custom Presets

video upload by Mr. Card

"My private collection of sweet sounds dedicated to Moog Subsequent 25 (Brass, Bright Lead, Keys, Res Lead, Soft Lead). I've always loved warm and saturated sounds. Moog Subsequent 25 allows you to achieve many sweet and inspiring sounds. With this soundset, you can take your instrument to the next level. The soundset complements my few presets for the free genius Valhalla Supermassive reverb. Check out my soundset: https://bit.ly/moog25sweet"

Noise Engineering Versio - Praetereo firmware

video upload by John Schussler

"There's a new firmware available for the Noise Engineering Versio modules
called 'Praetereo.' It's a drifting loop maker, in the same vein as the Soma
Cosmos or Hologram Microcosm.

There's a thread for it on ModWiggler with links and detailed info: https://www.modwiggler.com/forum/view...

No commentary from me in this one, just listening. VCO is a Cwejman VCO-2RM, with one side going to the left channel and one to the right. Seqencer is the OK200 Degree. Envelope: Zadar.

Last in the chain is a Yester Versio module. If you hear a regular delay, it's that, not the Praetereo. And occasionally I bring in the Yester wavefolder. If you hear effects happening but don't see my hand making them, it's the Yester.

Groove Synthesis | 3rd Wave | Initial Impressions

video upload by Tim Shoebridge

"Here in 4K are some brief initial impressions plus plenty of sound examples from the 3rd Wave by Groove Synthesis. All the sound examples you hear are just a single oscillator, no filter, no complex modulation."

Eurorack acid - TB 303 style modules

video upload by John Schussler

"If you listen to techno, you listen to the Roland TB-303. It's the sound of acid, and is such a unique sound that everybody wants and uses it.

Although several makers are selling clones in the original 303 design (with the sequencer and original layout), you may just want to get one in Eurorack without all the fuss of learning the 303 sequencer interface (it's not intuitive).

Here are a bunch of 303 modules that either include all the parts (VCF, VCA, envelope, accent, glide...the works) or just one part (the VCF, which is the most critical bit).

There are others as well, these are just the ones I happen to have...."

Electronic Audio Experiments - Sending Analog Delay

video upload by Sound Isles

"Sending - a digitally controlled analog delay (the long awaited sequel).

Introduction from the manual:
'Sending is an analog delay that melds the archaic voice of bucket brigade devices with a fully modern toolbox of digital control. It embraces the character and idiosyncrasies of the medium while delivering high quality sound and performance-friendly features worthy of the modern musician. Using two MN3005 BBDs and comprehensive analog processing techniques, Sending can delay a sound up to a full second without clock noise, and it can be pushed to even longer times for compelling sonic degradation. At the input is a discrete preamplifier capable of subtle enhancement or warm saturation that melds perfectly with the delay line. A dual-mode feedback filter can be used to shape the repeats for deep pulses or dub-style bright echoes. Its flexible LFO engine can modulate the delay time to create gentle movement or musical chaos. Conducting this analog ensemble is a 32-bit, 100MHz processor granting deep user control, preset functionality, and MIDI access to every parameter. Sending is our love letter to the antiquated yet enduring technology of analog delay.'

I'm back with a new demo using 'mostly' synths to demonstrate the new Sending by EAE. Gear used: Arturia Minifreak, Roland R70, Polyend Tracker, Gretsch Guitar, EAE - Halberd, Model Fet, Death By Audio - Disturbance, GFI System - Specular Tempus, Eurorack.
