Luke Million - Time Extension (Studio Video)

"‘Time Extension’ is the 2nd track on my ‘Late Night Tails’ EP.
It’s about making the most of a second chance and constantly trying to evolve.
I drew influences from Kano, Gino Soccio and Giorgio Moroder and just had fun with my synthesizers and some cheeky vocoder 😁

This French Analog Synth Was Lightyears Ahead
video upload by HAINBACH
"Wiggling your fingers on a keyboard for vibrato is something many a musician does intuitively, alas with little effect. For decades this important way to make an instrument sing has seemingly been relegated to modulation and pitch wheels, with few exceptions in the recent years. This makes for a rather indirect play style, lacking the natural expression of bending a string. It is little known that already in the year 1939 in a sanatorium in France, the inventor Georges Jenny created an instrument that would allow vibrato on a keyboard directly. This is the story and sound of the Ondioline, an instrument I love so much I recorded an entire album with it.

Bad Gear - NOT the P-6!!!
video upload by AudioPilz
"Welcome to Bad Gear, the show about the world’s most-hated audio tools. In spite of my limitless love for Roland in general, my efforts to turn even their most controversial gear into a sought-after classic and the fact that I was prophetically advertising their instruments months before the actual product announcement, our favorite synth brand didn’t send me their new Aira Compact P-6.
However, today we are going to talk about the Korg ES-1. Putting this creative sampler from the year 2000 on the show is not only my personal way of coping with the unfathomable disappointment, the two instruments are - a few modern bells and whistles aside - suspiciously similar.

Erica Synths Resonant Filter Bank sound demo (part 2)
video upload by Erica Synths
"Graphic Resonant Filterbank (FB) is a ten-band analogue filterbank with digital control over each bands boost or cut. Each band can be controlled individually via CV or manually, while complex control configurations turn the filterbank into an unconventional multimode filter and even an instrument in its own right when played with various resonance settings. The Expander module provides hands-on adjustment of boost and cut for all bands.
Timeline:
00:00 - Patch 1 / LXR Drum module through the Resonant FB which is sent through the Black Stereo reverb modulated with Modulator
00:40 - Patch 2 / VCNO Tear noise to the Audio in of the Resonant FB which is self oscillating and kodulated with the Octasource
01:21 - Patch 3 / Drum loop through the Resonant FB in Dynamic EQ mode
02:01 - Patch 4 / Graphic VCO in Wavetable mode through the Resonant FB in VCF mode
02:41 - Patch 5 / Graphic VCO in Drum mode through the Resonant FB
03:15 - Patch 6 / Drum loop through the Resonant FB in Clock mode
03:57 - Patch 1 B / LXR Drum module (with a a different kit loaded) through the Resonant FB which is sent through the Black Stereo reverb"
MFX Echos - Digi-PCM & Tape-Tech Echo Plugins
video upload by ALM TV
"‘MFX Echos’ is a pair of digital and analog inspired echos, the Digi-PCM and Tape-Tech Echo, ported from our popular multi effect MFX module and pedal as plugins for use in your favourite DAW.
Both plugins run the same DSP code from the MFX hardware with a clean, simple and expanded user interface. The ‘Digi-PCM Echo’ is an unapologetically digital delay inspired by early digital rack delays. The ‘Tape-Tech Echo’ is an analog tape style delay with a lo-fi pitch shifter bolted on and expanded control over play heads.
In this video we take a quick look at the Digi-PCM Echo and Tape-Tech Echo processing our Motto Akemie FM Drum Plugin.
The 'MFX Echos' are available now as a pair to download for $10 on both macOS and Windows.

GND-1T Speech Chip Synthesizer Tutorials 6. Randomize and Looper Functions
video upload by GND-1
"In this installation of my GND-1T speech chip synthesizer tutorials I describe various Randomization functions, and how to use the delay line as a mini looper using Echo Freeze. The latter allows you to create rhythmic and textural loops that you can use as a backing to play over the top using the Synth in its usual modes of operation. These functions can be used to very quickly create rich audio scenes, even in the total absence of any saved presets, and with minimal familiarity with the synth architecture.
As always, everything you hear is taken directly from the GND-1T stereo output, without any additional processing or effects. For more information (and to download the user manual), see https://richardvanhoesel.com/gnd1t"
