This is the first series Prophet V !!!
There were reportedly less than 200 of these rev 1 Prophet-5s made, and some if not all of them were made in Dave Smith's garage.

There are some CS80 presets programmed in this synth’s memory! We did it with a real CS80 side-by-side!!!
There are some traces of wear on the side panels (similar to all the Yamaha’s M models..) - other than that it is in exceptional shape and everything works flawlessly.

4 Voice means 4 SEM modules!!! So, 1 SEM = 2 VCOs, 2 ENVs, 1 VCF, 1 VCA, 1 LFO. The whole thing multiplied by four makes a nice package, doesn‘t it?! As a special feature, the Four Voice also has a nice mixer module with which all voices (four in total) can be positioned in the stereo image. ooof.
This unit was signed by Tom Oberheim himself! Makes it a collector's item as well.
