"What a great instrument Tempera is ... especially for ambient ... and it gets better and better. The next update (already available as a beta) will include the new Rake filter (comb filter), among many other things. Here is a first test run with it.

The Pattern "Syn Pluck Beats" is so fantastic.
I thought I'd just make a smart Song out of it,
without editing the Pattern.

Fading via REASON-DAW

You hear the direct AUDIO from the SH-4d.
Recording via USB directly with REASON.
Final little, smart Master with Wavelab.

Conclusion:
The Synth is fun straight away.
Kind of a reduced MC-707 - it's OK.
The Sounds can be edited more quickly directly.

Great Addition for AIRA-Link Fans... anyway.
Perfect for spontaneous jamming outside the Studio.

"Well I woke up with this riff in my head, the first riff. I accidentally discovered the slow chord change while programming. That gives it the dark feel. I added two arps and the weird bass riff. All was programmed except the bass riff and the noise. Those two tracks were added live. Lastly I added the "clock" sound which also accidentally sync'd up with the heartbeat of the robot near the end.

Often you start in one direction and by accident end up somewhere else completely different.
Let me know what you think...Any good? Too weird?"

Sad how we continue on with discipline and consistency but years go by and no gratefulness for all our work, not a single thank you.

Keeping with the current theme of inexpensive synths, maybe your first synth to explore your own music universe. This synth is now out of production, so the used market is all that is left. Using this $500 synth to illustrate how to make music and not spend huge bucks. This XW-P1 is self contained and produce completed music as shown in this video.

Tre Modular - Steps (First Look)

"This is first look at our upcoming module - Steps.

Steps is an analog Clock sequencer/processor. It takes clock signal and separates it into eight steps. Each step consists of one cycle where clock goes high and then low. Each cycle can be turned on or off, or it can be multiplied up to eight times with Burst mode.

Steps can also be used as a clock source as it has a built in clock generator that is normaled to clock input. With nothing pugged into clock input Steps will run by itself.

It outputs both gate and trigger signals and also has a clock passthrough output. If used as a clock source passthrough output will provide unprocessed clock signal.

In this patch Steps gets its clock signal from Keystep and sends it to Replicant ADSR that modulates Alisa VCF.
