The GS Music E7 is Currently 10% Off For Presidents' Day

via GS Music

The GS E7 synthesizer is an innovative instrument offering robust features for both amateur and professional musicians. It’s the first polyphonic and multitimbral analog synthesizer made in Argentina, reflecting years of dedicated research and development. The E7 is capable of generating a wide range of sound possibilities, boasting seven voices of polyphony, which can be split across four different parts, making it effectively multitimbral. Key features include two voltage-controlled oscillators (VCOs) per voice, with ultra-stable tuning over seven octaves and several waveform options. It also features a 24dB/oct low-pass filter with resonance control, dual ADSR envelope generators, and three low-frequency oscillators (LFOs) for complex modulation possibilities.

Furthermore, the E7 supports MIDI Polyphonic Expression (MPE), enhancing its performance capabilities. This allows each note to be articulated individually, providing nuanced expression and dynamic control that can bring each performance to life. This is especially beneficial for advanced players looking to push the boundaries of sound texture and musical expression.

Additionally, the E7 includes onboard effects such as Chorus and Delay, enhancing the synthesizer’s sound-shaping capabilities. The design ensures easy access to a wide range of functions via a streamlined interface with minimal controls, making it user-friendly while still allowing for deep sound exploration. For President’s Day, the GS E7 is now available with a 10% discount exclusively at gsmusic.com.

This is why people LOVE the tone of the e7

Prophet-6 + MiniFreak = true love

video upload by Good Sunset

"I recently had the incalculable good fortune of getting a very good ‪@SequentialLLC‬ Prophet-6 at a very good price. This is a synth I heard in my dreams. Everything it does is inspiring. It makes me very, very happy.

It joined my ‪@ArturiaOfficial‬ MiniFreak, which I loved profoundly. And still love, though it's inevitably taken a bit of a back seat. But the real question is...how do the two play together? The first of exploration of many to come..."

One of my favorite movie soundtracks from the early 80s
Das Boot by Klaus Doldinger (1981)

Featured the Oberheim OB-X Synthesizer, the Moog Source, the Minimoog and the Emulator II for some sound samples

This cover song series contains my own recreations of my favourite songs from the last 50 years. The original music from which I take inspiration belong to their respective owners. I recreate tracks only for personal passion and to pay homage to these tracks.

My intention is not to create covers that sound exactly like the original (if you want to hear identical sounds, please listen the original). It's more of an inspiration with my sounds from the old synthesizers from the past and of course the great appreciation for the original performers and producers."

SONICWARE CyDrums & LIVEN Ambient Ø | Connections 2025-02-13 by atnr

video upload by atnr

"A piece created using CyDrums and Ambient Ø. Over a glitchy beat, a repeating synth loop and random synth phrases emerge.

On CyDrums, I activate random steps in PERFORMANCE mode and adjust the filter, using parameter locks in the sequence to change panning and timbre.

On Ambient Ø, I loop harmonies while setting sequence phrases to random steps and manipulating the timbre. The sequence phrases are configured with parameter locks to adjust filter modulation and release settings.

On both devices, I use mute to bring phrases in and out during the performance."

"Rare, in excellent aesthetic and functional condition. Kept with great care.

Available for personal collection in Milan or bomb-proof shipping on pallet, worldwide.

The German-made Hartmann Neuron is a polyphonic synthesizer that broke new ground using a new form of synthesis and sound-modeling they say was based on technology found in neural networks. What the Neuron actually does is it analyzes audio files (samples) and creates digital computer models of these sounds which can then be re-synthesized and processed using the extensive amount of on-board data-wheels and joysticks with control of more 'musical' sonic aspects such as instrument shape, size and acoustic behavior. The joysticks allow for real-time tweaking of up to three parameters at once - 3D modeling in a true 5.1 surround sound environment."
