"Produced by the Thomas Organ Company in the mid to late 70s for Moog, it was basically their Cordovox Organ with a Moog Satellite synthesizer built in to it. Nicknamed 'The White Elephant' for its massive size and round shell. Looks like something from a Stanley Kubrick movie, I've kept mine in my living/dining room and it's a constant conversation piece and fun to play with friends. Recording wise the sounds are top notch. The thin metal plate which is along the top row of synth switches is bent slighly and could benefit from being removed and bent back to shape, but it's only attached by a couple of screws. Otherwise some scrapes and marks on the white tolex normal for it's age."

Arpeggio Improvisational Jam with the Sequencer Overlay
video upload by Tangible Instruments
"The Sequencer Overlay lets you dive deeper into your saved sequences and change the pitch or octave of any note, add slide notes where you want, adjust swing, and note probability. In the beginning of the video I'm adjusting the 'Sequence Frequency Pattern' which is like a step sequencer for the entire sequence. Sometimes you don’t want a melody to play constantly in order to leave space for the other instruments in your composition. A Sequence Frequency Pattern of up to 16 steps is saved with each sequence. Each step can either play the sequence or wait silently for the length of the sequence. Later, I'm using live note input to change notes in the sequence as it's playing. @KorgOfficial @jhspedals"

video upload by DivKid
"Here's walking talking tour of Synth East 2025. A recent event here in the UK based in Norwich held by Robin Vincent (Molten Modular), Electronic Sound Magazine and the Norwich Arts Centre. There's a Friday evening film and talk (this time comedian Adam Buxton talking to John Foxx), a synth expo through Saturday with improvised collaborative performances then a Saturday evening of performances from Robin Vincent, Paulee Bow, Loula Yorke and See Feel then finally on Sunday a series of DIY workshops and kit building sessions.

Thanks to Robin Vincent and Get Jervis for sharing some footage with me to fill in some gaps in the video. Cheers mates!"

303 Day 2025 - Making a pattern with the Xoxbox
video upload by Stazma
"Again an anti-purist celebration of a classic Roland machine: I'll celebrate #303day with you today with the first clone of the classic silver box, the Xoxbox.
I'll show you how to program a pattern with it and how to jam with a drum machine via midi while in pattern edit mode, so you can keep playing around with the bassline."
