"This is in excellent working condition. We just had the unit serviced at Advanced Audio in Venice where the new Gotek drive was installed and given new RAM Modules. It will need a flash drive with the appropriate OS to be fully functional. This is not included. The internal hard drive was bad and was removed, but is included. You can boot and save sounds to Gotek Flash. This is in excellent working condition.

PHYSICAL CONDITION: Excellent - This is in excellent physical condition. For its age the unit is extremely clean, with some slight scuffs around the side panels and the faceplate. Overall, it presents very well and has been very well taken care of. It's in excellent physical condition."

Making New System Disks for Pete Townshend's Waldorf Wave

video upload by Really Nice Audio

"I had to make some new system disks for the Waldorf Wave that belongs to Pete Townshend."

"Luckily I was able to do it with amodern USB to Floppy drive. I made one that was the same version of Pets disk but was also able to make a newer version as well!" https://www.uwl.ac.uk/study/study-fac...

Favourite Synths : Episode 3 : Roland JUNO-6

video upload by Luke Million

"For Episode 3 of My Favourite Synths, we are diving into the world of the Roland Juno Series with their first offering - the Juno 6.

It's an extremely straightforward synthesizer and can sound thinner than the big Poly Synths of that time. But I find this can be a positive with tighter sounds and there is the famous Chorus effect on there to beef things up and give the sound extra dimension.

It is like a 6 voice polyphonic version of the SH-09 with a digitally controlled oscillator, chorus and an arpeggiator.

The perfect first synth for someone who wishes to start a journey into the world of hardware synths and wants something vintage that is reliable.

More Episodes to come so stay tuned!

"Andeby" - on Roland SH-2000, Technics SX-C600, and drums

video upload by organfairy

"'Andeby' (the Danish name for 'Duckburg') is a modern lullaby by Tommy Seebach. The title comes from the first line that goes something like "the moon shines over Duckburg" and it's basically a father who wishes for his child that she will dream of fairies, princesses, and her friends from Duckburg.

I play it on my well known combo of the Technics organ and the little Roland synthesizer, and there was also a weird drummer lurking in the dark."

Stardate 2381.2 Holodeck Patch | MN-004 Morphagene Computer Fun

video upload by Cinematic Laboratory

"When you load a collection of Star Trek Enterprise sound effects into a Morphagene reel, it kind of triggers the imagination. I loved watching the original series on TV when I was a kid, and the love never went away. In this video, I imagined a 24th century holodeck simulation of a rare archeologic find, a MakeNoise synthesizer case unit thing. Ofcourse, as a 24th century researcher I needed to try and figure it out, and to fix accuracy issues with the holomatrix. The Enterprise computer has been of great help.

And yes, I used AI to recreate her AI computer voice because Majel Barrett is no longer with us. For me, personally, it's good to hear her voice again. It's functional use, and used with respect. There's no other way to make her say 'modular synthesizer is now off-line'."

Fonitronik PS3100 / Triple Resonant Patch / ODESSA / GRIFFIN'S CLAWS

video upload by BRiES

"I used Griffin's Claws to patch the output of the Fonitronik PS3100 back into itself - the result isn't drastic but rather there's a subtle added resonance because of the feedback.

Edited in early 90s fashion for my pleasure."

Vocal Ambient EP ( Liven Ambient 0 + Roland E-4)

video upload by Dylan Ferno

"Making a DAWless experimental Vocal Ambient EP with the Sonicware Liven Ambient Zero and the Roland E4 (Aira Compact)

I've been inspired lately by the Album, Secret Life, by Fred Again and Brian Eno, which is basically just glitchy autotuned vocal mantras over chill piano chords and drones. The album Bad Cameo by Lil Yachty and James Blake was also some inspiration for this one."
