One Synth, One Track: Everything you hear is Novation Peak (trance/EDM track + preset download)
video upload by Sineway
"All synth sounds in this track come from the Novation Peak - no other synths, no layering. Just the Peak and a few drum samples fully sequenced and mixed in the DAW.
This is the first in a video series focused on the Peak, starting with what it sounds like in a full, polished production. More coming soon: sound design, jams, and a full review.
๐️ Download all custom presets from this video (and support my work!) on my Patreon: / sineway
Want a breakdown of this track? Let me know in the comments.
Do you own a Peak? Thinking about getting one? What's your favorite patch trick or modulation move? Let's nerd out in the comments - I do respond to all of them!"
An Update from muSonics via Their Electronic Newsletter
via muSonics
It's Independence Week and while I had intended for this to go out on the 4th itself, I put a bit more work into something special for you which delayed it a few days. I hope that's okay with you.
I wanted to give everyone a status update on how things were going over here and also offer a couple of specials to celebrate. Out of respect for the dozen or so people who have been patient and trusting of me I'm going to let you know how things are going and then share a few cool deals.

Album with Make Noise only - Fracture #02 Live Performance
video upload by Anton Anru
"๐ Fractures is the result of a series of experiments with the Make Noise modular trio: 0-Coast, Strega, and 0-Ctrl. This combination of instruments is perfectly suited for generative ambient music, where hypnotic repetition merges with expression and dynamic movement.
๐ฝ I recorded a 10-track album using only three Make Noise devices and VST effects.
All tracks were recorded live in a single take, with no additional editing. Each piece is built around a sequenced pattern and a complex patch that evolves continuously, shaped manually in real time.
The album is available on all streaming platforms.
➕ SoundCloud: / fractures
➕ Bandcamp:
The album explores a wide emotional range — from brighter, more uplifting moments to darker, more noise-driven textures — offering a diverse sonic journey shaped by the raw, living nature of modular synthesis.
๐ I also have patches for Make Noise and other synthesizers: https://antonanru.sellfy.store/
๐ Lately, I’ve been more interested in working with simpler forms rather than complex arrangements in DAW. Semi-modular synths are perfect for this approach. In this case, the arrangement is the patch itself. If it’s well thought out, you can easily play a full track in a specific genre—like ambient or techno—using just that one patch.
๐ I’m curious to hear your thoughts—does this kind of format immerse you in a certain mood or evoke a specific emotion? Or does the sound feel too experimental and harder to connect with?
I’d really appreciate any feedback. Enjoy listening!"

In-Depth Guide to Sonicware Liven Evoke | Part 1 | Overview & Quick Start
video upload by Sonic Cartography
"A big picture overview of the main features of the Sonicware Liven Evoke (table of contents below), as well some tips for quickly getting started with making some interesting sounds and playing music on it, without getting bogged down in the technical details of all the synth's bells and whistles, which will be covered in the next videos in the series. You can get early access to the next video right now (plus bonus goodies, like presets), over at the new Patreon that I am launching in conjunction with this series: / soniccartography .
Next Episodes:
Part 2: Oscillator / Sound Engine Parameters (early access available now on Patreon: / soniccartography )
Part 3: Sound Design (focusing on LFOs).
Part 4: Granular Effects and Reverb
Part 5: Voice Modes & Arpeggiator
Part 6: Chord Mode
Part 7: Sequencer
Part 8(?) - will depend on feedback and questions I receive. Please leave comments! My goal is to help people do whatever I can to be able to use this synth to make their own ambient, cinematic, post-classical, and other kind of electronic (or should I say acoustronic?) music.
The other videos will be shorter than this one. For example, the second one is only 25 minutes. They are focused on specific topics of limited scope, whereas this one is a broad overview. The idea is to start making more bite-size videos than the long-form ones I've tended to make in the past. And the reason for this is to same as the reason for starting the Patreon: to make this channel more sustainable for me and to be able to get back to making videos on a more regular basis.
Table of Contents:

Featured the ARP Odyssey Analog Synthesizer
This cover song series contains my own recreations of my favourite songs from the last 50 years. The original music from which I take inspiration belong to their respective owners. I recreate tracks only for personal passion and to pay homage to these tracks.
My intention is not to create covers that sound exactly like the original (if you want to hear identical sounds, please listen the original). It's more of an inspiration with my sounds from the old synthesizers from the past and of course the great appreciation for the original performers and producers."
