E-MU Systems - Proformance 1
Herbs and Stones - 3 Stems
Walrus Audio - Qi Etherealizer

I’ve been drawn to vintage gear lately and searching for something to add to the lofi set up. Signal Sounds now have a Pre-owned section and I saw this E-MU piano rack mount synth. I’ve wanted a way of getting a hardware lofi piano vibe and this little E-MU box worked out perfectly.

From 1990, it’s in perfect condition with a mint condition manual. Very basic set up with minimal settings and 15 presets.

This was an experiment to see how to combine the lofi saturation of the 3 Stems with granular delay and reverb of the Etherealizer.

I’m controlling the E-MU with a basic Keystep 32."

"Includes both YM2612 and YM3438 chips

The DAFM Synth Genesis from Kasser Synths is a desktop FM synthesizer that uses authentic YM2612 or YM3438 chips to create distinctly retro sounds from classic game consoles. With options for either the Yamaha YM2612 or YM3438 chips providing distinct characteristics, these authentic ICs provide creative access to the same wonderfully digital sounds heard in the SEGA Genesis and Megadrive game consoles. In the YM2612, a unique "ladder effect" adds characterful artifacts, while the YM3438 version provides a cleaner output.

Free Synth - FB3 by Full Bucket Music (No Talking)

video upload by Elektronick Musick

"Simulating the classic Kawai K3/K3m synthesizer from 1986.

https://fullbucket.de/music/fb3.html

'Simulation of the original wave generator unit
Original factory sounds
Up to 64 voices polyphony
User interface can be used to edit the original K3/K3m units
SysEx and User Wave import and export
Resizable user interface (not "N" version!)
Supports MTS-ESP by ODDSound dynamic micro-tuning
MIDI Learn – all parameters can be controlled by MIDI CC
Plug-in supports Windows and macOS (32 bit and 64 bit)
No AI tools were used, except for a few stylistic improvements to the English in the manual
Of course, FB3 sounds nothing like the hardware, and especially the filters are crap. That said I hope that all the non-nitpickers will have fun with my plug-in.'"

Also see Kawai K3 as a plugin | FB3 from Full Bucket (and it's awesome)
