YouTube Published on Apr 15, 2012 by DJjondent

"Can you imagine two of these bad boys in the hands of a rapper.???? these are joysticks on steroids.

We have a two-axis thumb joystick, a three-axis accelerometer and two trigger buttons.

Cheers Blake for the help.
Many thanks to Matt from www.rhythmactive.com.au

PS: please can I have a second ???
I knew all those days spent playing super mario would one day pay off !!!

Another way to produce bad music???

Anyway, the CV's can be re mapped
we can also mix cvs etc etc
Still working out sensitivity levels.

They are triggering drums from Tiptop."

Garble Marvel

YouTube ublished on Apr 15, 2012 by sawsquaresine

"Garble Marvel is a free application for synthetically generating a random sequence of voice-like utterances (with an emphasis on vowel-based sounds). It makes a great complement to vocoding, talkbox or ring modulator effects in your music, or you could even wrap a whole song around its output. You can control various parameters such as garble duration, number of voice segments in the garble sequence, frequency range of segments, minimum segment size and shape of the amplitude envelope on each segment. You can also specify various effects to be randomly applied to segments in the sequence, such as filter, chorus, distortion, vibrato etc. These effects are capable of truly contorting the sounds this thing generates."

Critter & Guitari Pocket Midi Piano Demo (chunk trance)

YouTube Published on Apr 15, 2012 by DJjondent

"Blake Crisford on the Piano.
Jono filming

We both love this "Piano".
Its show that you don't need a heap of money to find great sounds.
Its awesomeness is partly its simplicity.
4 knobs, ranging from left to right... depth/rate, rate/envelope, pitch, volume.

The 2 little wodden buttons on the far right control waveform & mode.
The wooden keyboard is beautiful to feel (although we didn't use it this time).

We synced this to Abelton in minutes.

Powered by one 9V battery.
Find Blake's tune at:

Thanks to Matt at RhythmActive.com.au for the piano."

"This is a video response live jam session to Andygaro1's "WHO NEEDS A XOXBOX? PURE TECHNO ACID MADNESS on KORG ESX1"

This does not work without a subwoofer or bassy headphones - don't even try. I tested something new and directly lined-in to the camera, unfortunately it became very noisy in the beginning, but that seems to loose ground against the bass later."
