"Legendary synth designer Tom Oberheim has returned, along with a current rendition of his classic SEM (Synthesizer Expander Module). The SEM, Tom’s first synthesizer, was well loved for its beautiful sound and just the right combination of synthesis modules and patching in a compact, portable package. In fact it was so revered that people requested Tom make the SEM again, so he did. Consisting of a 100% analog signal path through two oscillators, two envelope generators, one LPF and one filter, the SEM is an exceptionally massive sound design module.

The SEM Patchpanel module incorporates 33 patch points with basic connections for one-volt-per-octave VCO control voltage and a standard 0 to +5 volt gate signal. This particular version however does not implement MIDI CV control, but there are two other versions of the SEM available that do. Tom’s synths have been used on award-winning records and in major motion picture scores for decades, and now you can own this classic, reborn for today’s studio."

"The SMR4P-Multi contains the best from 2 worlds . First , it sounds warm like the SMR4 and second -
15 different filtertypes like the 4PM.
While doing sounddesign it is very helpfull to have a ' swiss knive' VCF. So we implement 15 different filtertypes like
6+12+18+24dB LP 6+12+18 dB HP 6+12 dB BP HP2LP, HP3LP Notch,Phaser, Notch+LP1, Phaser+LP1.

What else we have build in ?
There is also a FM posibility, an inbuild VCA , and you can switch the different filtertypes a:) manual or b:) voltage controlled.
Inputs: Audio in, Res= resonance contol (0..10 V),Gain(VCA control 0..10V) , Mod (extern) and Cut(V/OCT0..10V)
Outputs : VCA and VCF *** VCA, the output singal is contolled in its amplitude by Gain 0..10 v
VCF is the direct signal without VCA controll
DIY scills : good soldering knowledge , high integrated parts - through hole , no SMT"

"Roland SE-02 in my first attempt to use it on a track. I already started to make my own patches (available soon!), and I can tell you that I can't get enough of my #RolandSE02! Congrats Studio Electronics & Roland!
In addition, synth hit from #RolandSystem1 and pads from #RolandJP08.
Roland SE-02 is not running a sequence, the LFO is controlling the envelope, creating this rhythm! Love this feature!
