"Florian Schneider was a founding member and principal sound designer for the pioneering German electronic music collective, Kraftwerk. One of the most distinctive elements of Kraftwerk’s sound was their drums and percussion, which were entirely synthesized using analog technology and effects.
This free pack is a tribute to the sound of this analog percussion, with 100% original sounds, synthesized and processed using the same design aesthetics as Mr. Schneider’s."

"STG Soundlabs Oscillators (two in Eurorack and one 5U) for the main pad line and one along with a Q106 for the bass line. An additional pair of VCO's (Dove WTF and Q106) for the faster upper sequence. Filters used for the bass line are Sea Devils and Oakley SVF. Filter used for the pad line is Q150. Filter for upper sequence is the Q107 in band pass mode. EG for bass line is STG and another for the pad sound. Q109's for the upper sequence envelopes. Main clock from the Q960. Sequencers include two Q960's and a pair of STG VMS.The Moon 563 trigger sequencer, two Q962 sequential switches and an STG switch for the shift timings. Delays included a Modcan 73B Dual Delay, Empress Reverb, Lexicon MX200, TCE D-Two and EchoFix tape delay."

"All keys work, and all chord buttons work easily. Volume pedal works. In the down position, special effects buttons 1,3 & 5 all work; 4 is intermittent, and 2 doesn't work; none work in the up (lock) position. These are known issues and can be resolved by disassembly and cleaning the contacts; there are videos on YouTube about how to do this.
Cosmetically it's in decent shape, with some scuffs and scratches. There is a small chip above the 4th special effects switch and some discoloration on the plastic apron above the chord and percussion switches."

"Here is a nice original owners manual and loose leaf patch book for the ARP AXXE music synthesizer. Also included are original ARP sheets to record notes and settings. These booklets are in really nice condition. The manual is from 1978 and is 34 pages long. The patch book contains 4 sections of ready made sounds, 50 in all."

"AKAI XE8 DRUM EXPANDER 19" rack unit plus 2 Expansion cards.
Classic and now fairly rare drum synth module from 1986. In superb condition from non-smoking and pet free home studio. Very clean example in full working order - very minimal marks around mounting holes but none of the usual scratches on base or lid often found on 2nd hand rack equipment - see pictures. Selling only as I need to reduce my studio gear a little.
Digital sounds are 16bit/32kHz. Can be triggered over any midi control device such as midi keyboard or sequencer such as an AKAI MPC.
Fantastic production tool for Electronic based music - Hip Hop, Electro, House, EDM, etc... Great selection of 16 percussion sounds built in but also supplied are 2x expansion cards with an extra 16 sounds each - SLI01R (dry set) and SL802R (ambience set) which are in themselves becoming hard to obtain.
Midi in/out/thru connections. 8 individual outputs plus 1 full mix output all on 6.3mm jack sockets and 2 expansion slots - 1 on front and 1 on rear, so both expansion cards can be mounted together. LED display shows data and sound info. Sound parameters (pitch, tune, envelope) can be edited and stored so you can tweak the sounds to your preference plus can be modulated via midi performance info.
Supplied with original manual and a power cable. Manual features full midi implementation chart, program data chart and parameter guide."

SN could be K6B4361 but I like to think it's KGB. Is K6B L337 for KGB? The preset pictured is ARCANGEL. Feel like I entered a spy move. Not to mention, Sean Connery passed away yesterday and recently declassified documents revealed there was a real life James Bond in MI-6.
"The V2.14 Firmware provides much better midi response and allows use of the Beautiful and Free CTRLR Matrix 6 editor. This basically allows the 6R to act as a VST, but with all of the authentic analogue goodness. Includes a CD-R with patches and both the VST and stand-alone editors."
