Check out the last pic for some choice gear in the background including a small E-mu Modular.
"The Oberheim OB-8 is the height of 80s fat analog polyphonic goodness. If you want to make gorgeous pads, analog choirs, lush filtery leads - this synth is pure magic. Very flexible polyphonic with quite a few tricks up its sleeves. Syncable oscillators. Two or four pole filters. Arpeggiator! This one has factory midi installed.
This particular OB-8 was recently gone through and serviced by Allison at Bell Tone Synthworks in Philadelphia. Works perfectly."

"Here is a 1970's Korg 770 monophonic synthesizer -beautiful piece of synth history! This thing makes some super weird sounds and is great for creating lo-fi soundscapes, mood pads, and other sound fx. Apparently you can also run external sounds through it though I have never experimented with this. It is fully functional despite some cosmetic wear and tear (see pics) and one missing 3 way Sustain switch. The switch can still be toggled using your fingernail or carefully with a flathead screwdriver. Switch part# is CST023NK if you wish to track down a replacement. The right side panel

Elektron Trademarks SYNTAKT
This one was spotted and sent in via Soviet Space Child.
Looks like a new Elektron synth box is on the way. A Digitakt with built-in synth engine?
The trademark description translated:
"Musical instrument; electrical apparatus for synthesizing music (musical instruments); sound effects machines which are musical instruments; mechanical, electrical and electronic musical instruments; musical instruments controlled by microprocessors."
Some guesses as to what it is are going up on Elektronauts, including the following which would be nice for current Digitakt owners:
"Of course it might also be the new $299 Syntakt card for the Digitakt
A simple click in pcb with juicy chips, analog oscs and filters for the midi tracks, to fill up the massive void inside the Digitakt case where some of us have put li-ion batteries …"
And a fun guess:
"It’s an 8-channel vocoder and human voice generator, name is a play on syntax."
