"This is my first review of a mexican made module! Bocuma is the first Eurorack company based in Mexico. Directly from Guadalajara, this filter, inspired by the great Mexican composer Juan Garcia Esquivel, sounds great, plays nice and has useful features for a budding system.
"Esquivel is our homage to the master of space-age pop. We designed this filter around a diode ladder topology in a 14HP package, with the capability of switching between the three classic filter states: low pass, band pass and high pass.
To expand control options we added 2 CV inputs for complex cutoff modulations and a 3 input mixing to combine different signals allowing for enriched harmonics and a tastier resonance exploration."

"Welcome to the soundset for the semi-modular synth Moog Matriarch. This bank of presets has been highly requested by customers who enjoyed my 'Analog Classics' soundset for the Grandmother. Matriarch "Analog Classics" is based on the Grandmother soundset, but with some differences. I took Grandmother patches and modified them with the unique Matriarch features. Also, I removed chords/drones (this type of presets can be found in my Matriarch "Polychrome" soundset) and added some new arps, leads, and plucks.
Matriarch «Analog Classics» is a collection of 50 patches: 15 Leads, 13 Basses, 14 Arps, and 8 Plucks. It features famous sounds found in electronic tracks spanning from vintage to modern, musical solo timbres and basses suitable for various instrumental genres such as jazz, funk, rock, pop, and indie. There are also some experimental patches that add a unique touch to your music, combining the beloved characteristics of vintage synths with new possibilities and sound character introduced by the Matriarch.
These presets offer a wide range of tones, from retro and vintage to modern, spanning soft, gentle, deep, and aggressive, as well as harsh, bright, and punchy sounds.
The soundset is suitable for all genres of electronic music, including Techno, House, Trance, Lounge, Downtempo, Funk, Disco, Pop, Acid, Hardcore, IDM, Drum'n'Bass, Breaks, Breakbeat, Trap, Electro, Ambient, Dubstep, EDM, Synth-Pop and others.
The soundset is presented in PDF format. Each page contains notes explaining how the patch works, which parameters are worth tweaking during playback, and how to develop the timbre during a performance. By following these notes and making conscious adjustments, you can explore the depth of the synth.
Each patch includes an audio example, demonstrating how it's supposed to sound. These examples use only the Matriarch Delay without external effects. To recreate these presets, you'll need up to 13 patch cords, including long ones. Make sure your firmware is v1.2.3 or higher for full compatibility with my presets.

"A melodic track performed using a sequencer with the new Chance Delay module during the opening section. It also uses the Wave Swarm, Gemini 2412 and Fixed Filter Bank 914 together to creating backing chords/drone. The melodic sequence sound is just a single VCO going into the Ring SM, which adds a -1 and +1 sub/octave generated from the incoming VCO, and some white noise via its mixer.
Reverb and dual delay is added in a DAW.

"4 track mixer, with delays, compression, filters, LFOs, reverb all put together in a very sexy little package. The Godfather from Enjoy Electronics fits the Moog Studio rack and complements the Mother32, DFAM and Subharmonicon perfectly.
In this I build a track from a simple arpeggio using all the main features piece by piece, which should give a good overall impression of how it all works, and what it all does.
"In this I was trying to get Asian drums in 3/4 rhythm with NL4's arpeggiator with some breaks played with NL4's Impulse Morph feature. Slot A and B are allocated for drums and bass with slot A and B are allocated for the leads.
Recorded to Logic via Audience iD14 interface. Slight compression added to tame some harsh situations.
Nord Lead 4 is such a great instrument with loads of features for live performance."

"True rarity - PPG 1020 Monophonic digital synthesizer with analog filter
The PPG 1020 is a very special rarity and in perfect technical condition. It is very stable in voice, has analog VCF, digital keyboard without bouncing contacts and a special, very expressive, super fat.
The PPG 1020 does have its own strengths. Digital modulation (for the oscillators) and – especially – the ring modulator are important technical improvements. And those 6 (!) oscillator waveforms are something special. Very unique sound I found it to go very well sequenced together with a VCO monosynth.
