Production is limited to 100 pieces.

The Aluminium Minimoog Voyager is a limited edition, 100 piece production of the legendary Minimoog Voyager – the analog synthesizer that was the culmination of a lifetime of work for synthesizer pioneer Dr. Robert Moog. It is housed in an elegantly machined, all aluminium cabinet that has been weight relieved for portability. The cabinet features a clear anodized finish with industrial fixtures securing an electric blue backlit panel with electric blue LEDs, all black switches and nuts, and electric blue pitch & mod wheels."

Roland JX-3p with KIWI Upgrade and Jupiter 8 Filter Mod SN 453559

"This synth sounds (and looks) incredible. It's in beautiful shape with real wood sides and has recently been professionally upgraded to the latest by . The KIWI upgrade adds a plethora of power to the 3p and on top of this, the owner of SynthSpa also did a Jupiter 8 Filter mod, that replaces 12 capacitors that power the filters the same as the Jupiter 8. The result is a very deep, rich, silky sounding synthesizer.

SynthSpa did this upgrade because the JX3p's internal components are very similar to the Jupiter, and when comparing this to a Jupiter 8 side by side after this upgrade, they sound pretty much identical. Part of the key also resides in the Kiwi upgrade that allows the user to detune the oscillators just like the older VCO's. It has two independent ADSR envelopes (one for amp other for filter), two LFO's, more LFO options, can control the speed of the analog chorus, unison mode, arpeggiator, sequencer, etc."

Mayan Galaxy Synthesizer

"Promo Sound und Aufbau des Mayan Galaxy Synthesizer`s"

Appears to be a custom case for PC based synths. I like it. It makes it feel more like an stand alone instrument capable of an infinite number synths vs. your standard computer. It does make you think about how much perception and presentation plays into any experience.

AVP MAD-5 little demo

Published on Dec 7, 2016 Rowf Matastik

"Demoing the AVP Synths MAD-5 Midi Analog Drums
Sequenced by Akai MPC2500, there is a very short sample from russian music I took from youtube processed by some LPF and delay from the KorG KaossPad Quad.
All the drums come from the MAD-5. Recorded with Iphone 6S, audio from Behringer UFX1204. There is delay from the mixer and delay and reverb chained on the aux 2 from TC Electronics Flashback and Hardwire RV-7.
Enjoy the soviet drums"

Macbeth X-Series Dual SV Filter PROTOTYPE

"This module does not have the metal faceplate from the production version. The faceplate is some kind of fibre board or blank PCB, with a printed sticky plastic (or paper) cover. (Please see photos)

My guess is it probably differs very slightly from the production version in terms of the circuit/sound too, but I cannot confirm that as I don't have a production version to compare. CONFIRMED see below.

Sound is okay, quite flexible, but not exactly what I'm looking for.

Made in Scotland.

UPDATE 07/11/2016: Ken Macbeth says this is a prototype, home-made board, and the factory unit circuits are different compared to this one.

IMPORTANT: Ken DOES NOT support this module if it fails to function!!

Ken Macbeth's original product blurb: 'I was asked to design a filter with a difference to compliment the X-Series 'Backend' Filter (42hp) but in a smaller space of the same dimensions as the 21hp X-Series Single Oscillator which was a good challenge! Well this is what I've produced- a dual State Variable Filter with a remarkable 'organic' sound and great functionality. The X-series Dual SV Filter is a stereo 12dB/Octave design featuring Low Pass, Band Pass and High Pass responses.

Both sections are manually controlled by a master frequency control- but they can also be controlled together or independently by one 1V/Octave input socket. The 'left' side CV input is normalized to the 'right' side CV input jack socket. Should two different control voltages be applied to the two CV inputs for either side- each filter will react completely separately from each other- and that's where the stereo fun begins!'"

VOLTLIFE: Kamieniec quick patch

Published on Dec 6, 2016 voltlife

"My first exploration with Xaoc Devices' Kamieniec phaser. Sorry for the shaky camerawork, but it sounded so good I just wanted to get it out there!

The input is some chords from Braids in WTx4 mode, sequenced by a Verbos Multistage, with occasional changes to the chord timbre. The 4 and 6 stage outputs of Kamieniec are used as a stereo pair, with some delay added externally.

Modulation is mostly simple, but in the last part I run the Kamieniec's LFO output through a Doepfer A189-1, mostly in XOR mode. This creates interesting quasi-fractal stairstep patterns, which is added to the internal triangle LFO to produce a mix of typical phaser swoops and almost chiptune-like chirps."
