Cadence's oscillator A running at a division of 9 into Albers' LFO A reset.
Albers' LFO A modulating oscillator A's pitch.
Cadence's oscillator B running at a division of 10 into Albers' filter cutoff.

A few things that have been on the Decadebridge prototyping bench the first half of this year.

I like to give these things names relatively early on in the process to remain focused on the idea itself. That doesn't mean it doesn't evolve through the process but it does help cut away any unnecessary functions and the heart of its meaning doesn't give in to the overwhelming options that could, potentially, take away from it's character.

00:00 Laconic running through a low pass filter and some stereo delay. pitch controlled with Turing machine and volts. Volume controlled using a EG triggered by the Turing machine pulse out.

00:53 Laconic. Disting Mk4 controlling pitch. Manually changing settings.

01:45 Laconic. Pitch controlled manually and with the Turing machine and volts.

02:59 Laconic. Pitch sequenced using SQ1 and Moog subharmonicon sequences. All sounds from Laconic. Subharmonicon envelopes controlling voice level.

03:58 Noria. Ongoing, analog style step sequencer project.

06:49 Untitled. Just playing around with a glitchy, Sid chip type sound. 4 step sequencer that quickly turns into erratic dronal stabs. Fun little project.

08:18 Quatrain. 4 in 4 out passive matrix mixer with a few extra bits. Creating drones with feedback paths. the only sound sources are a couple of cheap guitar pedals (reverb and delay).

Ampulla - Noise box/Drone voice

Ampulla is a contact mic instrument that comes with interchangeable plates and all the hardware required to put together your own noise box. It also features an external input for a contact mic or to use the preamp as a subtle distortion for other equipment.
Ampulla also has a drone voice that can be switched on and off. This is also affected by the onboard contact mic or incoming external signal.
Ampulla's first output is a mix of the contact mic and drone voice. It's second output is solely for the drone voice.

Quatrain and Boost - Delay pedal feedback patch

Quatrain is a passive 4 x 4 Matrix Mixer that can be used in a eurorack system or standalone. It allows you to mix CV or audio signals together and then adjust the amount sent to the 4 outputs using the 16 pots.

Quatrain is passive and draws no power from your eurorack system.

Sn FM synth - solo

"Sn is a lofi FM synthesiser that can produced a wide range of tones, textures and noise. This video demonstrates some of the sounds when operating alone.

It features 7 algorithms, with 3 different pitch settings for each. Controls for Carrier pitch, modulator pitch(es) and FM amount. Each control also has a CV input and a trigger/gate input is available to change algorithms. The output is run through a passive LPF that turns into a LPG when the passive VCA is on and a CV signal is received at the VCA's input."

Bora is a 6 oscillator drone synth capable of a wide range of sounds. Features include:-

6 oscillators with pitch and level controls

Oscillators A-D feature cascade sync

Oscillators E and F are pitch modulated by oscillators A and B and can also be modulated by oscillators D (E) and E (F)

The pitch of each oscillator can be controlled using a CV signal. This can be switched on and off for each oscillator.

The overall volume of the synth can be controlled using the built in VCA with an external control voltage. When the VCA is inactive Bora outputs sound continuously.
