"Tried to play something classical on a great Nord Lead synthesizer :) Organ sound is a factory preset."

"Whoa! Really hard to play this thing especially for beginners like me :) Sequence is written by me in GarageBand, all synth sounds and basses are presets of Cakewalk Rapture (Nord Lead used just as controller) orchestral drums from Nexus (from extension "XP Dance orchestra"). Thanks to J.M.Jarre for so amazing music! Thanks to fischek (http://www.youtube.com/user/fischek ) for sheets!"
"A piano and synth cover of 'The Process' by the legendary Boards of Canada, from their incredible new album, 'Inferno'.
I've been captivated by the 'Inferno' album since its release and wanted to share my interpretation of this beautifully soothing and melancholic track. If you enjoy this, let me know in the comments! I'm planning to cover more from the album soon, with 'Naraka,' 'Hydrogen Helium Lithium Leviathan,' and 'Blood in the Labyrinth' being next on my list.
You can find the original and other cover (actually by fischek) here. "my version of another 70's electro classic. It's taken me a while to get the production right, as I wanted the drums as tight as possible (kind of eric pryds style) but to stay true to the original with it's great spacious sound. It's all been lost on youtube's mono mushy decoding , but if you click the link, there's a high quality FLV stereo version at myspace http://myspacetv.com/index.cfm?fuseac..."

Im using the Korg X5's choir , Microkorg some sweeping and beeping using its arpeggiator at the slowest speed. The Ensoniq Esq1 is making that lovely old piano sound, synthesized as it is, it has a lovely warm tone.ESQ is also making the "vangelis" type leads . The Junos are doing the rest"
"solo improvisation played with the analog vintage eminent 310U organ-synthesizer, the Roland juno 60, the SH-3a and with the Roland TR 606 drumcomputer."
YouTube via fischek "Short description: this is just a quick demo of all 4 programs in a layer (performance) playing simultaneously to show Nord Lead 2X capabilities.
Long description: The Nord Lead 2X has 4 slots which you can use to load 4 different sounds/programs and thus create a layer i.e. a performance. This video demonstrates Nord Lead 2X when all 4 sounds/programs have been loaded and play simultaneously.
Furthermore, each slot can have a dedicated output (there are 4 audio outputs on the back) so you can manipulate each of the programs separately."
"this was a really fun and intricate puzzle (labyrinth? :)) of a cover — as it often seems to be with boards of canada.
'blood in the labyrinth' is a beautiful track, probably my favourite on inferno, with those haunting vocal samples that feel like they were somehow made for it.
i tried to stay close to the atmosphere of the original, while finding my way through it — the textures, the timing, the small details...
had a lot of fun making this one (and took me quite a while to make it).
p.s. will prob work on naraka next :)

"It's based on SoundLab Mini Synth with some mod's.
2 Osc + Noise source + 6,12,18,24 db/okt LP Filter and 12 dB/okt BP Filter, LFO and AR Envelope stage and Midi to CV converter inside.
In "EXT CTRL" mode, KP3 acts as a MIDI controller. It has eight virtual sliders, fourteen keys, one slider and volume. These controllers are assignable to any MIDI notes or CCs using KP3-Editor (PC software).
KP3 is not just a multi effector; It is also a MIDI controller with nice LED illumination :) I think KP3 is one of most cost-effective gears in the current market."

This is my go-to keyboard in the studio. It's packed with great features and unmistakable quality.
