MusiConics BassMate II Analog Bass Synthesizer Pedals SN B-1938

via this auction

"MusiConics BassMate II analog bass synthesizer pedals. These units are exremely rare, this is the second set I've ever seen, and certainly as clean as you're likely to find.
Very comparable to the Crumar CPB-1 pedals, only lighter and more compact.
Killer analog bass, both voices can be activated at the same time with variable attack and decay. Fully tested, and the only issues found are: LED for 8" is a little weak, and the zipper on the leather case is in need of repair."

Maestro Parametric Filter Guitar Synth Pedal

via this auction

"It's a cool filter for overall voicing of any sound source.
It's a darned wicked overdrive for any sound source (and guitar in particular).
It's a Moog synth filter in a pedal format."

Anyone confirm this? I know the Maestro USS-1 was designed by Tom Oberheim. There is also the Maestro Ring Modulator, which "was part of the 'Analog synthesizer' module that Bob Moog, Tom Oberheim and the folks at ARP worked on in the 70s."

Sold For: $275.00

Andromeda drums w/ paper enclosures and Starcruzer Beat

Andromeda drums w/ paper enclosures from Eric Archer on Vimeo.

"Andromeda MK-1 and MK-2 minimal drum machine prototypes with hand cut cardstock enclosures.

The enclosure is actually an afterthought. I added it to address any concerns about the bare board, to make it easier to put the device in your pocket, and to offer six surfaces for your artwork. Although as a friend pointed out, the enclosure covers up the surface bend /body contact points inside. So its just an option.

This video demonstrates different ways to use/abuse the infrared wireless signals that keep the instruments synchronized. The unit on the far left is the master clock.

"Two days ago my oldest daughter had her 9th birthday. And since she is very interested in music, synthesizers and music I decided to give her a special gift. She got her first DIY Synthesizer project. It will become a AVRSynth 32 and it came as a complete kit from Elby Designs in Australia."

Innerclock Systems Sync-Lock

YouTube via innerclock2004 Innerclock Systems
"Demo showing Ableton Live driving Roland TB-303 and Roland MV-8000 via simultaneous Midi Clock and Din Sync from the Sync-Lock and an FA-101 Soundcard. The Audio Loop playing in Live is identical to the pattern playing from the MV-8000 itself. There is an audio click in Live as a reference so you can hear the Audio Loop in Sync with the grid and you can hear the MV-8000 running off Midi Clock phase when they play together. The TB-303 is in sync with both perfectly. Radical tempo changes do not compromise the sync. The Sync-Gen plug-in allows clock swing which is passed on to the Midi Clock, Din Sync and Analogue Trigger outputs from the Sync-Lock feeding the MV-8000 and the TB-303."

Taurus 3 Project Update

"First, thanks to all of you who have placed your faith in us with your many orders for this exceptional and historical product. Here’s where we are and what you can expect.

All the mechanical details have been completed. We are waiting final qualification samples and then we will be ready to release the production order for sheet metal, extrusions, pedal board, wood, push buttons, foot wheels, and the various other mechanical components that make up the Taurus 3.

All the PCB’s have been designed; the sound engine, the controller board, the user interface, the Input/Output board, the footwheel sensor boards, and various other smaller boards that make the Taurus 3 work. The sound engine is really incredible. It delivers on all levels and I am sure that you will all be amazed and delighted.

We expect this all to come together in December and we will START shipping then. Shipments will be made to those customers who helped launch the product with their deposits late last year. It will take time to work through the 600+ orders we have. So please be patient. We expect to be able to produce a small quantity in December and ramp-up from there. If you order was toward the backend of our initial offer you will not see your units until first quarter of next year. Please be patient with us. Each one is hand-built and thoroughly tested and that takes time.

As for the many who have questioned, ‘what’s it look like?’ We will release pictures when we are ready to ship.

Ok, thanks again for your faith and your patience. We are close but it will be worth the wait.
