"My DIY MFOS modular - the Modulator - playing Isn't it funny how your body works by Nitzer Ebb. The 16-step sequencer's gate outputs trigs two ADSRs for bass drum. Clock out is sent to slave 10-step sequencer and to two ARs controlling filter cutoff and VCA. 16 step seq CV out gets patched to both VCOs. The stereo auto panner is used during the last few seconds."
"plus pads from cheetah ms 6 -thru- dod fx65 chours -thru- virtual smallstone in reaktor 5. also a little tribute to some of the people who influenced me in different ways. all goes on tascam 22-2. thx for watching"
The idea is to send a control voltage out from any row of the Q119 back into the Start Input of the Q119 sequencer. This will serve to reset the sequencer when one of the steps is turned up.
I also have the Q960 sequencer slaved to the gate output of the Q119 for this demo. The upper sound is controlled from the Q960 and the Bass sound is controlled by the Q119.
The second row of the Q119 is used for rest function of the bass notes.
The same for the third row of the Q960. It is used for the upper notes rest. The ratchet on the upper notes is done with a Q128 switch and the out from a Q963 trigger bus.
Bass is filtered through a Q150 transistor ladder filter at -24dB, and the upper notes are filtered through a Q107 in low pass mode. The CV's for the oscillators are run through a Q171 and Q172 quantizer."

follow-up to this post. "Thanks for all the positive response for The Drumssette! I've had some requests to show more tape examples, other than just the 808 sounds I had before. Here you go! The first segment shows sounds I recorded with my Minimoog. The second shows CR78 sounds, the third are acoustic sounds. I'm hoping to get sounds of my drummer, Kuki, real soon."
