Alesis Andromeda plucked string and wind instrument sounds by CoolColJ
"Attempting some Physcial Modelling sounds :)
just some Lexicon chamber reverb to add space
Bare in mind they are very basic - not much modulation going one for expressions etc
But they serve as a nice template for further experimentation
That hard sync sound of the A6 can do a lot - I used it for these patches and some piano emulations
I own a Yamaha VL-1 although I haven't done too much on it
Although I think the analog tone of the Andromeda feels a bit more cosy :D
The click/thump on the string attack is a bit annoying, I can't seem to remove it no matter what I do Slower engine optimiser settings don't help much"
Update via CoolColJ: "Here are the patches in Sysex format
Midiox is a good program to use to send them to the Andromeda
Plucked string and hi wind

If someone improve on them, please pass on the goods :)"

SYNDRUM QUAD Analog Drum Synth
"This is the one-of-a-kind Syndrum Quad, the hard-to-find first electronic drum made famous by the likes of the Cars, Terry Bozio, Roger Taylor of Queen and many others. If you've found this, you know what this is and the unique sounds it makes that you can't find anywhere else. The Quad was the most famous of the Syndrums models."
Casio CZ-1 61-key synthesizer
"This is the big brother to the renowned CZ-101 which Casio released in the early 80's. The CZ-1 is the flagship of the CZ line and offered 2x the memory (64 patches plus the opportunity to have additional patches on cartridge [not included]), 8 voices each with 2 OSCs (while the CZ-101 has 4 voices).
The keyboard is touch sensitive and has aftertouch which can be bound to either VCA or modulation.
The Backlit LCD and dozens of discreet buttons, many bound to single functions, make editing a breeze."
