Analog Dubstep - Minimoog & Schlagzwerg
YouTube Uploaded by peterkeys88 on May 8, 2011
"peterdyer.net Some fiddling after being away from my analog beauties for a while, ended up like some Tron dubstep. You'll hear the MFB Schlagzwerg controlling the Kraftzwerg, with a mixer to fade things in and out, and then me playing some Voyager over the top. And thats it! No laptops allowed on this one! Sadly my camera does not capture bass too well. The Voyager does have an Xotic effects AC Booster on it for beef."

DX5 playing Depeche Mode "Nothing to Fear"
YouTube Uploaded by DX5 on May 8, 2011
"One of the last videos shot in this studio. I am moving to a temporary one while building the definitive (say goodbye to the flower power sofa and curtains...).
I added a Simmons SDS 8 module for drum effects. The only original pad I have is too weared, so I used two standar pads for triggering the unit.
Upper Keyboard: Emu EMAX II HD
Lower: Emu Emax.
All sounds were synthesized by me, sampling them into the emaxes. Sources were JP8000 DW8000 Poly 800, and my Emax library.
Composed by Martin L. Gore."

New Keyboards from Tom Oberheim in the Works
I heard through the grapevine that Tom Oberheim was working on a new TVS Keyboard with sequencer, three octaves, velocity and aftertouch along with a new mysterious X product and eventually a four voice keyboard system. I contacted Tom Oberheim and although he is keeping further product developments and details under wraps, he did confirm keyboards were coming. Note the image to the left is an original TVS and not a new Tom Oberheim TVS.
Via Tom: "Basically what you state in your email is my plan, but the timing is based on my energy level and the time requirements to get SEMs out the door." Yes! :)
Update: rumor has it the "X" project is a new Oberheim OB-X poly synth.
