Korg Volca Keys, Volca Bass and KR-55b Demo by Jordan Passmore

"In this demo the Volca Bass is playing back a bassline, Keys a melody and the KR-55b the beat. The KR-55b is driving the sequencers of both the Volcas via it's trigger out (it is sending 16th notes). I created both the bassline and melody while the beat is one of the presets inside of the KR-55b (it is a preset-only analog drum machine). The machines were mixed using a very old Bogen mixer and then sent straight to my audio interface; no effects were used. The drum machine is overdriven at the mixer to give it a broken, slightly distorted sound."

"PAiA Electronics Proteus I mono synthesizer Demo/Tutorial audio cassette from 1981 by Craig Anderton (www.craiganderton.com). Due to length, I had to split the tape into 4 tracks (Side 1 Intro, Side 1 Tutorial and demo songs on Side 2 split into 2 parts). PAiA (www.paia.com) is known for selling build-it-yourself music/audio electronics. I believe this synth kit originally cost $499...they sold just the manual/instructions and this demo tape separately for $10-12, which is how I got it."

This is a customized Roland SH-01 GAIA synthesizer. It was won in a contest directly from Roland. This synth was used by Lady Gaga keyboard Kern Brantley. It has the following mods: 1. Black paint (looks awesome!) 2. Straplocks 3. A flange was mounted to allow a handle to be screwed onto the flange, transforming this homebody synth into a live keytar monster!
For more information, simply Google "roland gaia contest kern", and you can get the details! I cannot be for sure on this one, but if you read the webpage, I believe this customized GAIA has custom patches used by Kern Brantley himself on one of Lady Gaga's past tours.
In excellent physical and operating condition. It sounds awesome, I spent about 1 or 2 hours trying out the presets in a non-smoking home, and it's been sitting in my carpeted guitar closet ever since. The synth was professionally painted black over the original silver. There are several tiny areas around the keyboard where the black has slightly worn off so you see the original silver color.
Comes with Roland strap with straplocks and a pouch that can be used for a wireless transmitter (wireless transmitter not included).
There are no cases or power supplies included, you can either use batteries (as probably intended for live use) or purchase an approved power supply..."
