"More fun with Zaquencer. What a great bit of kit Zaquencer is. Featuring the Waldorf Blofeld, Yamaha AN200, Korg ES-1, Novation Bass Station II, Mopho Desktop And Korg X5DR. Other than the time it takes to set up Zaquencer (not long really) and a few practice runs this is a single take no post processing type jam. Audio was recorded on a Zoom H1. Video recorded with a iPhone6. Smashed together in Sony Movie Studio.

"I forgot to write down any patch descriptions on this one. I remember the kick and hihat are from Peaks. There is a lot of feedback from the a199 spring reverb filtered by the wasp. The LFO from the microbrute is advancing the a160-2 clock divider. Some divisions trigger envelopes on the Quadra, creating a rhythmic drone by modulating the dixie II and uFold.

Arturia Microbrute and Eurorack modular system with:

Doepfer: a-118, a-119, a-124, a-143-4, a-148, a-156, a-160-2, a-199
Intellijel: Dixie II, uFold, Quadra, 2xTriat , Linux, mult
Make noise: MMG, Lxd
Mutable instruments: Peaks
MFB: Dual LFO
Synthrotek: Echo

Audio via the Behringer mixer to a Moto Ultralite MK3 hybrid.
External effects: T.C electronics M350 for delay.

No post processing."

How To Use Mutable Instruments Peaks and Warps as an ENV/VCA for Braids

"I've had a couple of people ask me how to do this. In the Modular world the Envelope and VCA are separate, unlike the fixed synth world where your 'ADSR' is connected to the VCA.I recently got Peaks to use as an ADSR Envelope on my Braids module, but was wondering why it wasn't working as an ADSR should. And I wasn't able to find any tutorials on how to get this to work; DIVKIDVIDEO's excellent demo of Peaks just briefly mentioned that it is plugged into the Braids "Timbre" input, but this didn't give me the true ADSR result I was looking for... and then I remembered, WARPS can be used as a VCA!"

Great patch form Tunç Çakır who brought us these videos posted earlier. Try to listen in stereo and on a decent system for all the nuance. The Elektron Drummachine is used only as a midi sequencer and gate signal for both the Pittsburgh Modular system & Eventide PitchFactor. Pittsburgh's audio goes into the PitchFactor.
