"Time for a synthy slow jam. The Drumbrute is more 'background' as I have the audio out going to the audio input of the lead Microbrute which is also passing thru a few different pedals. Kick-2 on the Drumbrute is individually out to the main mixer. The TR-8 is more "foreground" and the Keystep is playing the JX-03. The Volca FM (off camera) is in the beginning of the tune, and in a few other spots. A little past halfway I switch on the SQ-1 which always brings the Microbrute(s) to life! Recorded stereo out of the Mackie mixer into Ableton after going thru a 3630 comp. Good times..."

"In the latest chapter of the Broken Beats saga, I take advantage of a glitch in the Drumbrute, where any instruments using swing will slightly go out of rhythm whenever I use the Looper/Roller. So I use it a LOT! Pay attention to the Hats & Clap as they have the most drastic & obvious effect."
