"A quick overview of the new M569LE expander module. (and after the over view some random noodling) I'm quite pleased and proud of this module since I was very involved with the initial design concept (feature set and panel layout) but Gert and his team at The Lunar Experience did all the "heavy lifting" with the actual circuit design and nice panel graphics etc. :-)

The Companion has 2 modes:

== melody mode ==

- 6 wooden touch bars become a 6-voice polyphonic synth/organ instrument
- each of the 6 touch bars are independently tunable.

- the 2 remaining wooden touch bars (to the left) become |pitch--| and |pitch++| for any/all
bars (voices) that are pressed

== /corinthian/ sequencer mode ==

- 6 wooden touch bars become 6 timing controls for 6 independent, 1-step sequencers
- |pitch+-| control for bars (voices) remains the same as in melody mode

- 2 remaining wooden touch bars (to the left) become |shift_1| and |shift_2| for other synth settings
including wave_form selection and decay time.

Dervish D Vangelis Tribute by Paul Schilling

"A tribute to one of my musical Gods, Vangelis. His original comment for this track:

'inspired by the Dervish dancer who by his whirling realises the spiralling of the universe'"

The main synth sounds were created with Arturia Origin and CS-80V3 - mainly all Arturia Origin CS-80 modules, except for the Vangelis harmonica and lead sound, which is the Arturia CS-80V3. The percussion and pad towards the end are the DSI Prophet-6.

Roland MV-8000 MEGADRONE by LavLab

I forgot the MV-8000 had analog modeling bass synth built in. Curious if the model is unique to the MV-8000 or ported from one of their other synths.

Via Roland's site on the MV-8000:
