SUIKO ST10 Japanese Synth
Note: Auction links are affiliate links for which the site may be compensated.
via this auction
"Super rare SUIKO ST-10 synthesizer and sequencer.
Monophonic synthesizer with highly unusual data cassette drive sequencer.
You can use the data cassette (like an Apple II or Commodore 64!) to save sequences, and you can change the sound settings in real time as the sound plays back. Includes a new cassette for you to record your sequences to.
I included a SONY Car Cassette to Aux Adapter so you can mess with the sequencer by playing white noise, synth tones, etc through it to data bend the cassette drive. You can also use pre-recorded cassettes to mess with the sequencer. Tons of fun!
There is also a built in digital sequencer with built in memory.
Has three basic sounds that can be modified. You can use the pitch knob to do some interesting pitch bend effects as you play. There is a setting to control the decay of the note as well.
Keyboard is meant for traditional Japanese music, so the layout of the keys is in traditional Japanese scale.
Could also be used for microtonal music, as there is a slider that can shift the pitch up in a 1/4 tone increment.
Everything has been fully tested and works, except for one switch that is stuck. This switch is meant to flat or sharp one note in the scale to slightly modify the scale. This is a minor feature and doesn't effect the operation of the rest of the keyboard. Likely an easy fix."

VGM #100: Stickerbush Symphony (Donkey Kong Country 2) Progessive Synth-Rock Cover
Published on Feb 15, 2017 Ace Waters
"I feel like we have been here before....
I hope you enjoy it. I really wanted to take a trip back to the very first VGM I did here on the channel, and do something different with it. This isn't meant to replace my first cover, but is simply another take on one of my favorite game songs. I hope you enjoy it!"
Arturia DrumBrute, MiniBrute, Keystep, Korg Electribe synthesizer jam, Roland Chorus Echo tape delay
Published on Feb 15, 2017 Expanding Sound
"This was a fun little jam to experiment with. It features an Arturia DrumBrute, MiniBrute, Keystep, and Korg Electribe A MKII, which is a dual monosynth sequencer with effects. I wanted to try some of the individual outputs on the DrumBrute, so I used my Roland Chorus Echo tape delay on the snare and kick outputs. The DrumBrute's sync out is going to the Keystep's sync in, and the Keystep is controlling the MiniBrute via CV pitch and gate. The Electribe was purposefully left out of the sync loop, as I was curious how similar the clocks are between hardware. No unit drifted in tempo from each other, so I was very pleased with the result. Check it out!"

OK, here's an interesting find. If you take a look at this post from 2012, you will see the same vocoder branded Seekers. You'll also find a demo video of it.
A funny side note: Some of you that followed the site early on may have remembered a gentleman by the name of Elhardt. He was a bit of a prankster who would release images of new product teasers. One was the Bahn Sage back in 2005, and his follow-up was the Seekers SMS 2000. People caught on to him with the Sage, so he likely went with Seekers as an unknown but verifiable brand, that or he just came up with the name by sheer coincidence.

I believe this is the first post to feature Regal on the site. Just when you think you've seen it all, something like this pops up. Curious if Moby owns one.
"Rare, vintage drum machine! Cool little rhythm box, plugs into AC and out with a 1/4" jack and rock your rhythm section! The knob on the left turns it on and turns the temp up, right knob is volume. 6 rhythms, waltz, jazz, western, rock, Latin, and march. Supports a foot switch (not included, but probably any standard foot switch will work. Comes with a sticker on top that says 'try a little tenderness.'"

ADSR envelopes for the VCA and VCF VCF has resonant and switchable 2 or 4 pole, also great 8 note arpeggiator.
