"Fully functional with the exception that the sounds from 25-32 are only accessible by selecting #24 and using the 'Up' button to go from 24 to 25-32. All sounds work."

Vintage Rhodes Chroma Analog Synthesizer

"The Rhodes Chroma is a vintage polyphonic, multitimbral, microprocessor controlled, subtractive synthesis, analog synthesizer. This Chroma is being sold as is. It does not make sound. When I plugged in the synthesizer and turned it on, no display or lights came on. The power supply hummed and I immediately turned it off and unplugged it. This Chroma is in good physical condition inside and out. It has some kind of tape residue on the wood side panels and one of the plastic tops of the number 2 left hand controller is missing.
The Chroma uses an Electronically Reconfigurable System which allows the VCOs, VCFs and VCAs to be reconfigured or patched like modular synthesizers but without the patch cords. Instead, the Chroma digitally stores all of the parameters which determine a sound. The Chroma has better patching capabilities than most modular systems and it is fully programmable."

The natural groove of the TR-606 always makes my head nod. Here I develop last week's ambient patch into a rhythm orientated track."

1. Modern Talking? T.Raumschmiere and Ken Macbeth visit HerrSchneider at SchneidersBuero
"Ken Macbeth was visiting us to review the very first gig with his outstanding band FucketYbUcKetY on SUPERBOOTH17. In the audience there was also Marco Haas alias shitkatapult alias T.Raumschmiere who stated out sponaneously that he will only play again on Superbooth if-then together with this guy. So I asked them both to visit me in my office to talk and we (..they) did. We had a good laugh and compared a lot of thoughts, looking forward to SUPERBOOTH18 already." - HerrSchneider2. DIETER DÖPFER modular live set at SchneidersLaden
On December 6th we had reserved the whole Thursday evening for a very special gentleman - Dieter Doepfer! And it was worth it! Dieter took care of the guests and listeners all evening, even baked them cookies! In addition there was a unique Modular Beginner workshop by him, a presentation of his latest products (disco!) and an exquisite live performance by Dieter himself!
Workshops at SchneidersLaden
Published on Dec 10, 2018 SchneidersLaden
"SchneidersLaden regularly invites artists and manufacturers to hold workshops and performances in the shop. Products are always presented in a musical context and explained with practical examples. During the open discussions with the audience, all open questions will then be answered. These events are always free of charge and are primarily intended to connect people and share knowledge. These video documentations concentrate on the actual workshop and performance part of the evening - for the full experience you have to come by in person. Hope to see you soon ant SchneidersLaden!"
