"This video is a demo comparison of the ASM Hydrasynth Explorer and Alesis Andromeda synthesizers, focusing specifically on how their pads sounds. It seems to my ears that both are terrific, that the fact that their engines are analog or virtual analog makes no difference at all in terms of richness. If I was going to Mars, I'd take both!
