Come along with me as we explore the supernaturally bell-like sounds of waveforms made with the polygonal number series. And... I know it seems unlikely... but I discovered that I had made an error in my original calculations of the polygonal waveforms. But it turns out it doesn't matter because what I came up with was bad-ass, anyway. Along the way, I drop a few synthesizer programming tips, roll my eyes, and make some bell-icous synthesizer tones. ⚠️ Take care and only use the keypuller provided when replacing your keycaps. DO NOT USE metal objects as you could damage your Delia.

Removing your existing keycaps:
1. Switch the power off.
2. Position the keypuller towards the lower half of the keycap.
3. Click the keypuller into one side of the keycap you want to remove, then the following side. Don't try to grab both sides at the same time!
4. Carefully lift one side followed by the opposite side.

Fitting your new keycaps:
1. Check the orientation of the keycap, the little window needs to be at the top.
2. Position and centre the keycap over the pin.
3. Gently push the keycap into place.
4. Power on your Delia and have fun — we've been told different coloured keycaps sound awesome too 😁

"Each µCVC is painstakingly hand-soldered in small batches.

The Evaton Technologies µCVC allows a Haken Audio ContinuuMini, Continuum Slim, or EaganMatrix module to control your Eurorack synthesizer. The continuum surface allows motion in three axes: X (left/right) Y (front to back) and Z (pressure into the surface).

These three motions are converted to control voltages at 16-bit resolution. Additional outputs include "W", which is freely assignable in the EaganMatrix Editor, and "F", which is a dedicated gate output corresponding to the presence of a finger on the Continuum surface.

Two µCVC's can be daisy-chained (daisy-chain cable not included in this batch, but contact me if you need one) behind the front panel to allow tracking two finger's worth of data."

SOUND SEMICONDUCTOR INTRODUCES MIXER CHIP

Provides Voltage Control of Six Inputs into a Single Output

October 22, 2024 ñ Arroyo Grande, California, USA ñ Sound Semiconductor, a chipmaker focused on development of high performing analog integrated circuits, today announced the ProCircuitô 6-into-1 Voltage Controlled Mixer.

Based on a new-generation Operational Transconductance Amplifier (ìOTAî; patent pending), the SSI2190 allows current-mode linear control of each channel. Differential voltage inputs provide design flexibility, and a high-compliance current output makes summing from multiple sources ñ including other SSI2190ís ñ an easy endeavor.

In addition to the most obvious application ñ mixing of multiple audio inputs into a single output ñ the SSI2190 can be used for countless applications such as voltage controlled equalizers, pole mixing, phase correction, or mixing of control voltages. As a generic audio building block, applications are only limited by oneís imagination.

The SSI2190 operates from a wide supply voltage range of ±4V to ±18V or 8V to 36V in single-supply systems. As a result, 10VRMS input signals can be easily handled when high-headroom is needed (±15V supplies). Low THD (0.025% at VIN = 0dBu), 113dB Dynamic Range (±15V supplies), and 100dB mute attenuation round out the SSI2190ís performance.

Offered in a 28-lead SSOP package, only a handful of external components are necessary. Pricing is $1.93 at 1000 pieces, with stock available for immediate delivery or sampling to qualified OEMís.

"I put together a short performance to demonstrate how much can be done with just one track, featuring the Drum Rack / Drum Sampler on the ‪@Ableton‬ Move. Imagine expanding this concept with multiple clips, additional Drum Racks, synths, samples, live instruments, etc. It really shows how powerful this little groovebox can be. I didn't even get into the panning and tone shaping I set up per pad, or the main track effects (no additional effects, mixing, or mastering added in post).

This lo-fi hip-hop beat is just one example, and I'm definitely not an expert in the genre, so comment below with links to some of your "limited" creations.✌️"
