Scrooge Drum Synth Module – Dirty, Lo-Fi & Built for Industrial Techno
video upload by Cinematic Laboratory
"In this video, we dive deep into Scrooge — a raw, lo-fi drum synthesis module that’s perfect for hard techno, industrial, and experimental sound design. Neutral Labs Scrooge embraces the imperfect 'malfunction' aesthetic with gritty, noisy textures that cut through the mix and add serious attitude to your tracks.
Whether you're building a hybrid setup with DAWs or going full hardware live performance, this module delivers punch and character in spades. It’s not just another drum synth — it’s an instrument with personality.
Lo-fi sound generation
Great for hard techno & industrial
Works with MIDI, DAW and modular setups
Available as a desktop and eurorack version
Hands-on control and expressive sound shaping
How would YOU use Scrooge in your setup?"
MOD2 Prototype test | Seeed XIAO RP2350 based Drum module for eurorack
video upload by HAGIWO
":Almost all of the programs were generated by ChatGPT.
Since the circuit has been simplified, there are few CV inputs and the audio is output via PWM, but the RP2350 is fast enough that even a simple program can produce reasonably good sound.
Although there are no plans to use it as a VCO, it also supports V/oct.

SEQtrak mix & match!
video upload by Jeremy Parker
"In my quest for an even smaller, more portable DAWless setup, I have been using the Yamaha SEQtrak and Arturia Minilab 3. The Seqtrak by itself is usable, and the companion app is very handy, but pairing it with the Minilab 3 makes live jamming pretty fun! Here's a house/dance jam song based on combining three different song sections together in various permutations. It's like the 'Love Connection' of MIDI sequencing; different parts of the same song mixing it up to see what sounds 'hot', oh nevermind... enjoy!
Also, check out this sweet 3D-printed stand I just made for the SEQtrak and Minilab, which you can see in the video: https://www.printables.com/model/9907..."
"Lived and Not Yet Lived" synth jam w/Perkons, Moog Labyrinth, OB-X8
video upload by Tim Grogan
"I like attributing significance to everyday things and then setting a mood to it sort of like scoring a film. Today's subject was my ceiling fan.
A synth jam I envisioned laying in bed this morning while drifting mentally through various scenes. Wanted to follow the visuals. Here's the result"

4/5/25 (B: ROCK 2/8) Korg KR-55b + Ace Tone VM-80 + Paia 6740
video upload by Cfpp0
"I can’t remember the last time I used this modded Korg KR-55b, so it was high time we moved it from the pull-out rack shelf. That made room for the Simmons SDS8, which is now on that shelf, below the SDS7. We got an “as-is” SDS6 sequencer a few years ago and it has finally been repaired and on its way back, so we’re getting prepared. And now the TAMA TSQ-1000 drum sequencer is up for sale at Christopher’s Boutique 489 on Reverb. Anyways, this KR-55b was modified by SD Machines with decay and pitch controls, external 5v clock input, as well as individual audio outputs. Those six outputs are patched to the six Ace Tone VM-80 inputs, which are overloading hard. The VM-80 mono output runs to the Mackie Onyx 1640 mixer, where the Paia 6740 spring reverb is added on an aux send."
