Autographed ARP Odyssey - Signed by Herbie Hancock

via the Alan R Pearlman Foundation:

"The man himself, Herbie Hancock, has graciously signed an ARP Odyssey in support of the Foundation. This full-size Odyssey was generously donated and assembled by Korg USA.

Herbie signed this Odyssey at the Hollywood Bowl while busy on the Chameleon reunion tour. We are always thrilled to have Herbie's support, and we're excited to offer a lucky player the opportunity to see his blessing every time they power on their new synth.

Native Instruments Circular - Round and round we go in this tutorial!

video upload by CatSynth TV

"We present Circular, an instrument and polyphonic sequencer in one. Starting with a single note, Circular utilizes four independent layers that can be used to build up complex rhythms and timbres. Each sequence step in each layer can have its own sound and its own parameters and 'step effects'. There is also a full-featured effects section to round things out (See what I did there?).

On Polyrhythms and Poymeters – live patching of Studio No.3 with Francesco Gennari

video upload by Frap Tools

"In today's episode, Francesco Gennari takes us on a true USTA masterclass, using it to weave a texture of four voices and a delay effect. Different pattern lengths and rhythmic structures create a complex and ever-changing harmonic and melodic landscape, but they also control the delay taps, pushing forward the limitations of sequencer-based compositions."

Decadent Atmospheric Pads & Soundscapes on Roland XP-30

video upload by gstormelectro

"Audio + Video by G-Storm Electro c. 2025

The Roland XP-30. Loaded w/ tons of decadent atmospheric pads and soundscape presets. Still relevant after all this time. Yes, yes, I hear using presets = bad. But sometimes you just want to kick back and let the imagination ride and give the left brain much needed rest. Headphones, dim lighting and candles recommended.
