"The Prophet Rev2 produces such organic, warm sounds that it only needs a few effects to transport us into space. The notes are multiplied by the Hologram Microcosm, while the Strymon Big Sky adds depth to the whole : it's an ambient melody.

"You can buy a sample pack of all sounds recorded dry and lowest pitch from the unit. The samples are possibly 12 bit internally. I cannot work out how to open up the machine without destroying it (hence that small tear on the drum head)/

Each sample has been normalized. The actual sample playback volumes on the machine were erratic. They were triggered using the PAD IN terminal at the back and triggered from the DAW so the samples would be time aligned and sightly easier to chop."
