Kassiopeia is a 4-channel DC interface that turns movement into sound and light. It lets you control motors, solenoids, fans, LEDs and lamps using MIDI or CV/Gate. Each channel can either smoothly adjust power levels (great for controlling motors and movement) or send short, punchy triggers (perfect for percussive hits).

Designed for experimental musicians, sound artists, and tinkerers, Kassiopeia lets you:

Control motors and fans to shak, vibrate, or bow strings.
Control lamps and LEDs for an immersive performance.

"I'm always amazing how the Easel can transform & transmogrify a single sound. I begin with a single gong hit sample from the Morphagene going into Aux In on the Easel. Slowly gate that then move on the Balance Modulate it and finally bring in the Complex Oscillator for some thumps. Enjoy!

"A track created with Rhodes MKII, Prophet-10, OP-1 field, drums, and bass. It is built from simple performance and recording.

The Rhodes MKII is played with chorus from the CE-5. After recording, it is processed through Lofi Tape in the DAW.

On the Prophet-10, a synth lead is performed while switching patches during playback.

On the OP-1 field, sampled voice is played with the FAZOR effect. It is further processed through MOOD MKII with reverb and MicroLoop.

The bass is recorded through a BASS DRIVER DI. The drums are recorded separately and edited in the DAW, then processed as a group through Lofi Tape."

"Deckard’s Dream Mk1 synthesizer in near mint condition, housed in a custom Zebrano wood 5U rack case. The beautiful hardwood case was specially commissioned from renowned synth cabinet maker Ross Lamond, crafted from carefully selected Zebrawood. It also includes a spare 1U rack space, ideal for adding the Deckard’s expander or installing a reverb/FX unit.

The synth itself was professionally built by an audio engineer, is working perfectly, and sounds fantastic. Cosmetically it is in near mint condition.

If you’re looking for classic CS-80 style sounds with modern reliability, this is an excellent example. Includes external power adapter suitable for 100V to 230V power with the appropriate IEC power cable for your country."

"We started building a Juno software synth in a Brooklyn loft in 2000. 25 years later, we're releasing it as open source. Meet the Ultramaster KR-106.

Back in 2000, my buddy Dave and I started Ultramaster Group with a wild idea: professional audio software for Linux. We were young, broke, working in a loft in Brooklyn, and perhaps a little bit ahead of our time.

Life happened. I went on to start a screen printing studio. Dave ended up at Google. But we never really stopped thinking about the synth.

Fast forward 25 years. Hardware is exponentially faster, DSP methodology has evolved, and we now have access to oscilloscopes, service manuals, and communities like this one. So we went back to the source code and overhauled everything.

The KR-106 is a 6-voice polyphonic Juno-106 emulation with:

Per-voice DCO, VCF (TPT cascade, IR3109 OTA-C design with 2x oversampling), VCA, and ADSR
Sub-oscillator (CD4013 flip-flop model) and noise source (2SC945 avalanche model)
PWM modes (manual / LFO / envelope)
4-position HPF (bass boost / flat / 240 Hz / 720 Hz)
Per-voice component variance modeling analog tolerances (pitch ±3¢, envelope ±8%, VCA ±0.5 dB, pulse width)
BBD chorus emulation (MN3009 modeled with Hermite interpolation)
Arpeggiator, portamento, Mono/Poly I/Poly II key modes
Two calibration modes: '1984 Mode' (firmware + schematics) and '1982 Mode' (circuit analysis + hardware measurements from my own Juno-6)
128 factory presets decoded from original SYSEX data
AU/VST3 on Mac, VST3/LV2 on Linux, VST3 on Windows, plus Standalone
