Moog Mother 32 & Dave Smith Tempest
video upload by the nightwater
"Quick jam using the Moog Mother 32 for the lead and bass sounds. Dave Smith Tempest analog drum machine on the drums, UDO Super 6 for some background pads, and Strymon Bigsky Mx Reverb on everything."

Explaining the PlayFader CV/MIDI Sequencer
video upload by mylarmelodies
"In this tutorial/demo I’ll explain the unique way the Playfader CV/MIDI sequencer works, showing the basic keystrokes you need to be able to make, erase, transpose, mute and apply temporary effects to sequences. I’ll also keep the shortcuts onscreen so you don’t need to remember them.
I'm using the Dreadbox NYX, Music Thing Workshop and Roland T-8 here. T-8 supplies clock to the PlayFader. PlayFader sends CV/Gate to the two analog synths.

GEN-01 - Generative synth totem
video upload by Love Hultén
"GEN-06, a self-generating installation that combine changes in pattern, melody, tonality and much more to create complex multi-layered sound structures, real-time. Arduino handles logic and outputs MIDI to an OXI Coral synth module. 6 channels / 8 voices (basslines, pads, melodies, arpeggios, percussions, kicks)
The machine is very sparse interaction-wise - A volume knob, some controls for optional ambience(FX Aid XL module) and a reset switch. Parameters such as BPM and scales are randomly picked upon each reset, generating something fresh that slowly evolves over time.
A variety of moving components mimic MIDI activity on different channels, a totem visualizer where mechanics and sound combine."
yoctocore - a midi to cv box
video upload by infinitedigits
"yoctocore is the thing I've needed for years.
there are so many midi to cv boxes out there, but so few of them have 4 pitch/envelope pairs with a wide range of voltage (-5 to +10v). yoctocore has 8 cv outputs, each with a wide cv range, each that can be programmed to be 1) a midi to pitch, or 2) an envelope that triggers on any of the outputs), or 3) a lfo, or 4) a clock, or 5) a sequencer, or 6) a simple a block of code that runs on the beat, that you can define to be whatever you want.
also its entirely open-source (https://github.com/schollz/yoctocore) so in case there is something you want to change, you can."

Simple Major Tom Tetrachords jam
video upload by Martin Doudoroff
"Zero effort quick-and-dirty proof of concept pairing of Major Tom and Tetrachords. Major Tom channels are kick, bass, melody, and chords, respectively. Tetrachords channel one is bass (BIA), channel two is melody (E370 through Natural Gate), and channel four is chords (MIDI to DAW synth)."
Oberheim TEO-5!! Unboxing and Test
video upload by I Love Cats and Synths
"The Oberheim TEO-5 I ordered back in August finally arrived. Let's unbox it and check out how it sounds! (Hint... it sounds AMAZING!!!) My Take 5 is going to be jealous. 😁
Bella approves of the box, and the twist tie that wrapped the power cord."

Minimalism for Modular #5: Hans Otte's Book of Sounds
video upload by Electrum Modular
"An introduction to the ethereal music of Hans Otte, via a modular interpretation of two parts (2 and 7) from his Book of Sounds (1979-82).
Also contains several ideas for generative/aleatory sequencing in a modular system: in particular, decoupling pitch and gate, combining a multi-channel sample player (Disting EX) with a sequencer that has per-step gate outputs (0-Ctrl), and using a series of probabilistic gates (Missed Opportunities) to distribute/alternate pitch variations.

For those new to Hans Otte’s music, I would recommend his own rendition of The Book of Sounds:

Sunday Jam #60 : Drivin' again - with guitar
video upload by MIDI IN
"I've decided to take an existing piece of music, my Music for an Imaginary Driving Game, which I've published a few times in different forms, most recently for dual SIDs, I'll link to that video, and enhance it with real guitar and realistic drums.
The stop-motion driving clip is thanks to Mike Bird:

The most recent pure dual-SID version of this tune is here:"
Latest version of 'Drivin' SID tune, plus new SwinSID design
video upload by MIDI IN
"I've just received these in the post this morning. I was unable to make edits to Tolaemon's 'nano SwinSID b' design and so I made a new board design using the SwinSID schematic. This is a demo, (apart from the looks, and easier manufacture for me, they're the same as the nano SwinSID b)
