"The Ekdahl Quad Massager is now in production, the price is $450 per unit!

The Ekdahl Quad Massager is a quad VCA, joystick-controlled mixer / quadrophonic panner for Audio or CV. It comes with a voltage-controlled quadrature sine LFO and no less than 18 x 1/4" ins and outs.

In short, the Ekdahl Quad Massager can be used to "move" a signal on a 2-dimensional surface, giving the effect of quadrophonic panning. In reality, the joystick position only sets the volume of the four outputs. At center position all outputs are at their maximum output volume, the further the joystick moves from the center, the less the amplitude of the opposed outputs of the travel.

Each output is controlled by a VCA, each VCA has one signal input, one signal output and one CV input. If connected, the direct CV input breaks the connection to the joystick and LFO routing so that the VCA can be used as stand-alone. The Ekdahl Quad Massager also has CV inputs for both the X and Y axis, serving the same function as the joystick movements.

The Ekdahl Quad Massager is equipped with a voltage-controlled quadrature LFO that can give both sine and cosine outputs. Traditionally, the LFO is used to move the sound in circular or elliptical patterns as well as back and forth along either the X or Y axis. The LFO also has two CV outputs (Sine / Cosine) and one CV input (Speed). The X and Y axises CV input goes full range on +/-2.5V, the direct VCA CV inputs reacts to 0-5V."

a bunch of feedback loops - 3 MOTM 300's, a MOTM e350, a wogglebug, and an Ian Fritz DoubleDekka VCO. You're hearing the output of the DoubleDekka through a Blacet Time Machine on the left, and a Triangle output from one of the 300's through the Neural Agonizer on the right. Some knobs were wiggled near the end."

This Oscar works perfect and has been serviced by our technician 8 weeks ago including a new memory battery. It has an early Midi Version (dont know which one...) This Synthesizer has been used at a lot of Connys productions in the early 80s. One key has a cigarette burning spot, the rest looks good but of course not new."

"It has an internal modification that allows both SEMs to be controlled at the same time. Basically, the CV and Gate Inputs control both SEMs rather than just one. There's really nothing like it's multimode filter layered with another. Both SEMs have another "reversible" mod that gives them a faster LFO. The stock LFO speed was pretty low. These LFOs get fast! Think frequency modulation! Lastly, it has blue LEDs. Yippy!

"Here's one you don't see too often. A rare Synton Fenix--- 1 of 75 made. It has just come back from being serviced and needs nothing. It's in beautiful cosmetic condition with only a few small scratches (very hard to see.) As you may know, Synton made a small number of these back in 1997 through 2000. Too bad they stopped! This thing is unique with it's 3 VCOs, 3 VCFs, 3 EGs, 3 LFOs, 4 VCAs, etc. It will come with the power supply, original manuals and some banana patch cords."

"I am posting this video of a nicely preserved Multivox SQ-1 Firstman that worked very well when I bought it years ago but now all it makes are weird pitched sounds best described by recording them and making them available in this video.

Some of the lights still come on but there is no sound.

I was going to try and have it fixed but I am running out of money so it's on eBay now.

Maybe someone else can get it fixed and restore it back to its former self.

This video is not for entertainment value but to demonstrate the condition of this piece to potential buyers.

When it works this synth have a truly bad-ass Acid sound, like a TB-303. There are videos form other users on Youtube to back this up.

Those who have already owned or heard one of these know that what I am saying is true."
