Behringer Proton Modular Patches. No Talking Sound Demo

video upload by Anton Anru

"Behringer Proton «Sound Diver» is a collection of 50 patches: 14 leads, 12 basses, 14 plucks, and 10 paraphonic timbres.
Exploring Behringer's new synthesizer was an exciting process for me. It boasts an impressive feature set, including two powerful oscillators capable of generating a wide range of tones, two advanced LFOs, two multi-mode filters, and a wavefolder that adds rich sonic textures. Additionally, it comes with two extra envelopes that can loop, essentially turning them into additional LFOs, and, of course, the patch panel, which opens up endless experimentation possibilities.

๐Ÿ“Œ Get the soundset: https://antonanru.sellfy.store/p/prot...

๐Ÿ”ง With this sound bank, I wanted to dive deep into these features and create medium to highly complex patches. The title «Sound Diver» reflects this desire to explore the sonic depths while keeping the sounds usable and adaptable for a wide range of music and performances. My goal was to strike a balance between experimental and musical sounds.

๐ŸŽจ The presets cover a wide sonic palette, including warm, noisy, detuned, distorted, as well as soft, clean, punchy, dark, bright, deep, and airy tones.
Some timbres are designed to take the lead in a track or jam session, while others work perfectly as complementary elements. While the patches are ready to use as they are, I highly recommend tweaking the knobs during your performance to further develop the sound and enhance your creative experience.

♬ The pluck patches are excellent when paired with arpeggiators or sequencers. While the Behringer Proton doesn't come with a built-in arpeggiator, you can easily integrate your favorite arpeggiators or sequencers from your DAW or MIDI controller.

๐ŸŽน I particularly enjoyed working in Paraphonic mode, which allows both oscillators to be split into two separate notes. While it doesn’t create full chords, it does give the illusion of one. The result is a collection of analog pads, textures, and keyboard sounds that are slightly detuned, filtered, or distorted using the wavefolder. This type of sound is hard to replicate on a digital polyphonic synthesizer, adding a unique analog character that feels rich and organic.

๐Ÿฅ These presets are versatile and suitable for a wide range of genres, including ambient, electronica, IDM, deep techno, house, progressive, trance, lounge, downtempo, pop, chill out, new age, cinematic, breaks, synthwave, retrowave, dub, and more.

๐Ÿ“š The soundset is provided as a PDF document, with each page containing detailed notes that explain how each patch works, which parameters are worth tweaking during playback, and how to evolve the timbre during a performance. By following these notes and making adjustments consciously, you’ll not only get the most out of the patches but also gain a deeper understanding of the synth itself, uncovering its full potential and creative depth.

Synapse Legend HZ Motion Presets: Arp, Seq, Bass, Lead Demo

video upload by Anton Anru

"Endless Motion soundset is dedicated to rhythmic sounds and offers a diverse collection of 50 presets: 10 Arpeggios, 10 Sequences, 5 Basses, 5 Leads, 5 Chords, 5 Textures, 5 Pads, and 5 Synths.
๐ŸŽ› The HZ version of the Synapse Audio Legend synthesizer introduces some exciting enhancements: additional oscillators, MSEG envelopes, an extra LFO, tempo-synced delay, and a flexible modulation matrix.
With these upgrades, I wanted to push the synthesizer’s capabilities to the max and create complex, evolving sounds. Each preset, regardless of category, is packed with movement and tempo-synced modulations. Simply hold down a key, and you'll get a sound that moves according to a defined pattern.

๐Ÿ”ฎ Get the soundset: https://bit.ly/4gHslXg

๐ŸŽš All presets are responsive to Velocity, while the ModWheel adds expressiveness—brightening the sound, introducing vibrato, shifting tone, or adding extra movement for dynamic performance.

๐Ÿ“ป Since Legend HZ is a replica of an old analog synthesizer, I aimed to highlight the vintage, imperfect, slightly distorted character of the sound.
I used oscillators drift, saturation, and distortion in different blocks of the plugin, used noise as a sound source and as a modulation source, and used FM modulation, which can significantly distort the tone. And of course, the famous Filter Bank - it can noticeably add color to the sound.

๐Ÿงฌ The soundset is suitable for many genres: ambient, electronica, cinematic, retrowave, synthwave, darkwave, IDM, trip-hop, lounge, downtempo, pop, chill out, new age, trance, deep, progressive, techno, breaks, jungle, drum and bass, dub and others.

๐Ÿ’ก Ensure that you are using the latest software version.
To add presets to the collection, open the plugin browser, click Menu in the upper left corner, then select Import Folder, and specify the folder on your computer."

Minimal Audio Current: Dark Ambient Cinematic Presets Demo

video upload by Anton Anru

Minimal Audio Current 'Dystopian Soundscapes' is a collection of 50 atmospheric presets that evoke the feel of dark sci-fi soundtracks, dystopian films, thrillers, games, and dystopian novels. The soundset includes: 12 Pads, 8 Strings, 6 Drones, 7 Keys, 8 Synths, 9 Textures.

๐ŸŽ† Get the soundset: https://bit.ly/3MTxpdH

๐Ÿงฌ Exploring this relatively new plugin was a fascinating experience, and I was thoroughly impressed with its capabilities. The sampler and granular engines, outstanding effects quality, and extensive wavetable synthesis options played a pivotal role in shaping this sound bank.

๐Ÿ—ƒ Each preset in this collection has a cohesive style, blending noise, distortion, and vintage tape emulation, striking a balance between experimental elements and playable, accessible sounds. The pack includes atonal sounds, drones, and textures perfect for creating tension and suspense. The core of the collection consists of atmospheric sounds, ranging from soft, expansive, and lush to bright, shimmering, distorted, orchestral, vintage, and more.

๐Ÿงฟ These presets are versatile and can be used in any genre where a dark atmosphere is essential, such as techno, ambient, IDM, industrial, drum and bass, and others. This collection is also an invaluable resource for soundtrack composers, game developers, audiobook producers, video creators, advertisers, and social media content creators.

๐ŸŽš Each preset is carefully programmed, with dozens of modulations, velocity settings, mod wheel mappings, and macros, providing a wide range of expressive and creative possibilities.

๐ŸŽ› The macros are a significant part of the soundset. They can change tone, stereo width, modulation depth and rate, noise level, distortion, detuning, space/echo/reverb, effects mix, envelope parameters, and others.
You may control them via MIDI controller, use them for automation, or map the macros to your DAW modulators like LFO, Shaper, and others.

๐Ÿ’ก Ensure that you are using the latest plugin version.
Installation:
Open the plugin. Push Menu -> Show User Presets. You will see a folder with the plugin banks of presets. Put the folder "Anton Anru - Dystopian Soundscapes" here.
Open the plugin again. Push Menu -> Rescan Presets Folders. You will see the new soundset in the plugin, both in the Steam Tab (Local) and in the upper presets bar.
In case you don't see the new soundset, relaunch the plugin.

Behringer Neutron Patches: Lead, Bass, Pluck. Sound Demo

video upload by Anton Anru

"Analog Fury is a collection of 50 patches: 18 Leads, 16 Basses, 16 Plucks.
This is my second sound bank for Behringer Neutron.
The previous one, Modular Setup, focused on experimental tones that showcased the modular nature of the synthesizer. This time, I aimed to find a balance between experimental and more usable sounds.
I didn't want to create simple, classic patches — Neutron's functionality and rich sound palette made it irresistible not to push its limits. At the same time, I tried to keep myself in check and avoid diving too deep into purely experimental territory.

๐Ÿงฒ Get the soundset: https://bit.ly/3M4zAL9

The presets feature various colors: warm, noisy, detuned, distorted, as well as mild, clean, soft, punchy, dark, bright, deep, and airy. Some timbres are great to play the first role in tracks or jams, while others will work perfectly as additional parts.
You may use the patches as they are, but I strongly recommend tweaking the knobs to develop the timbre during your performance and get an exciting experience.

Plucks are excellent for use with arpeggiators or sequencers.
In most examples of this category, I utilize an arpeggiator. Neutron doesn’t have a built in arp/seq, but you may integrate your preferred arpeggiators or sequencers from your DAW or MIDI controller.

ModWheel is set in all patches. It adds brightness, changes the tone, accelerates the LFO, and other modulations depending on the patch.

The presets are suitable for a variety of genres, including: ambient, electronica, IDM, deep, techno, house, progressive, trance, lounge, downtempo, pop, chill out, new age, cinematic, breaks, synthwave, retrowave, dub and others.

The soundset is presented in the form of PDF-Document. Each page contains notes that explain how the patch works, what parameters are worth tweaking during playback, and how to develop the timbre during a performance. If you make all the settings consciously and try the things mentioned in the notes, you will learn a lot about the synth and discover its true depth.

Each patch has an audio example, it helps to understand how the timbre is supposed to sound. In this soundset, I didn’t use the Neutron's built-in delay. All audio examples are dry. You can add internal or external delay to your taste.

To recreate these patches, you will need up to 10 patch cables.

Drums from the demo are not included in the soundset."

Synapse Legend HZ: Dark Cinematic Retro Ambient Presets Demo

video upload by Anton Anru

"Synapse Audio Legend HZ 'Neo-Noir Echoes' is a collection of 50 patches: 7 Arps, 6 Basses, 6 Keys, 7 Leads, 6 Pads, 6 Strings, 6 Synths, 6 Textures.
The soundset is inspired by sci-fi movies, soundtracks, dystopian stories, urban landscapes, noise ambient albums, experimental modern art and sound design.

๐Ÿ™ Get the soundset: https://bit.ly/4ceYEcE

The bank spans a broad spectrum of timbres: dark, noisy, lo-fi, retro, romantic, melancholic, nostalgic, soundscapes, atmospheric, detuned, cold, distant, dull, big, massive, epic, bright, orchestral, distorted, metallic, tense, atonal, non-harmonic, fx-like, evolving, moving, sweeping.

Since Legend HZ is a replica of an old analog synthesizer, I aimed to highlight the vintage, imperfect, slightly distorted character of the sound.
I used oscillators drift, saturation, and distortion in different blocks of the plugin, used noise as a sound source and as a modulation source, and used FM modulation, which can significantly distort the tone. And of course, the famous Filter Bank - it can noticeably add color to the sound.

Moog Spectravox: Modular Patches & Ideas. Vocoder Synth Demo

video upload by Anton Anru

"Modular Voices is a soundset for the semi-modular synth and analog processor Moog Spectravox.
It is a collection of 50 presets: 24 Synths, 13 Plucks, 6 Percs, 7 Drones.
There is a wide range of timbres inside the pack: simple and complex, dark and bright, vintage and modern, noisy/distorted and soft, musical and experimental, harmonic and inharmonic.

Some patches are in 'synth mode' and can be played with a keyboard, while others are in 'processing mode' — they process incoming audio and modulate it. Some patches combine the two modes: they process audio and can also be played with a keyboard.

๐Ÿ“— Get the soundset: https://bit.ly/4d7XUHW

Synths and plucks are excellent for use with arpeggiators or sequencers. Drones produce dark, distorted tones with heavy modulations, FM, noise, etc. They can be used as pads in genres like techno, industrial, or ambient to create a certain inharmonic atmosphere. Perc patches are perfect if you are looking for unusual and unique rhythmic additions to your performance or track.

Tones using external audio require playing a sample attached to the patch. You will find all samples with the patch name, as well as its role (PROGRAM or CARRIER), in the Audio Content folder. Load the samples into your workstation, set up Spectravox according to the image, and play the sample(s). Adjust the PROGRAM GAIN LEVEL yourself. It may not match the image if you have changed the sample's volume level. PROGRAM GAIN LEVEL can affect the tone, for example, causing distortion at high values, as well as the envelope of the entire patch if PROG TRIG - EG is used.

In most cases, I use synthesized chords for CARRIER and rhythmic sounds for PROGRAM. Be sure to try using your unique content. For CARRIER, you can create a sequence of chords or pads using a VST synthesizer. For PROGRAM, you can use vocal samples. There are many options.

For tones in the PLUCK and SYNTH categories, I usually use external arpeggiators or sequencers. This allows you to keep your hands free to work with the synthesizer parameters.

The patches are suitable for many genres: Techno, Ambient, House, Deep, Progressive, Trance, Minimal, IDM, Downtempo, Synthwave, Retrowave, Electronica, Dark/Noise, Industrial, Breakbeat, Drum and Bass, and others.

To recreate these patches, you will need up to 8 patch cables. You will also need a stackable cable or a splitter/multiplier. The document includes detailed information about using an external keyboard with CV/Gate outputs.

Moog Spectravox is a versatile device that can be used in various ways:
- It can generate a complete signal without additional devices and audio input.
- It can produce musical tones that can be played from a keyboard or used with external sequencers and DAWs.
- It can process external audio signals, passing them through the Filter Bank and modulations.
- It can operate in Vocoder mode.
- It also supports combinations of these different scenarios. For example, using the Vocoder with an external audio signal, plus playing notes from a keyboard or sequencer.

All of this requires connecting various sources to Spectravox. In the PDF document, I will detail the routing scenarios I used. You can either fully replicate them or use them as a starting point for your own scenarios."

Moog Sub37/Subsequent 37: Melodic Patches & Patterns Demo

video upload by Anton Anru

"Dreamy Patterns is a collection of 64 Presets + Sequences for Moog Subsequent 37 and Sub 37.
The timbres cover a wide range of tones: mild and aggressive, deep and bright, soft and punchy.
Each preset contains a sequence with Pitch, Velocity, and Modulation lanes. Some patterns are made in Major scale, others - in Minor.
The collection also includes the sequences with odd lengths: 23, 18, etc... They create polymetric/polyrhythmic feel.

๐Ÿ”ฎ Get the soundset: https://bit.ly/3VsplFJ

The presets are suitable for different genres like Retrowave, Synthwave, Lounge, Downtempo, Chill Out, House, Progressive, Deep, Trance, Cinematic, Breaks, etc.

The pack also includes a folder with all sequences saved separately from the presets. You may use the sequences with any other timbres: choose/make a preset, go to the 'Sequencer' tab, and push 'Load'.

ModWheel is set in all patches, it adds brightness, changes the tone, or increases the length of notes.
Patches' volume levels are set close to each other, you won't get sudden volume spikes or drops while switching the timbres.

You may use the sequences as they are, or take them as a starting point for further editing and tweaking. Try different Rates/Time Divisions, including Triplet and Dots; try changing the length of a sequence from start or/and from end; try shifting the start point; try adding Octaves, try playing with Forward/Backward and Invert modes, or simply change steps' values: Pitch, Modulation, Modulation destination. Subsequent 37 gives nice performance tools, and you can get plenty of variations just with one sequence.

I recommend syncing the synth to some external beat to get a proper impression of the sequences.

Korg Wavestate: Digital Retro Presets. No talk sound demo

video upload by Anton Anru

"Digital Era is a collection of 50 performances for the Korg Wavestate synthesizer. It includes: 10 Basses, 10 Keys, 10 Plucks, 10 Synths, and 10 Leads.
๐ŸŽ† The soundset is inspired by the sound of the 80s, when new types of synthesizers were introduced: wavetable, FM, sampler, rompler, vector, additive, physical modeling, virtual analog. They immediately conquered the musical space and were used in all genres of music.
Today, that recognizable digital flavor is strongly associated with the Digital Era. Producers all over the world use such timbres as a tribute or quotation to that period.

Moog Mother-32: Melodic Patterns/Sequences. No Talk Demo Jam

video upload by Anton Anru

"Melodic Patterns is a collection of 64 sequences suitable for different genres like Techno, House, Progressive, Deep, Trance, Retrowave, Synthwave, Lounge, Downtempo, Chill Out, Cinematic, Breaks, Drum’n’Bass, etc. The soundset contains a wide range of patterns: dense, with all steps active, or sparse, having many empty steps and giving space for other instruments. Some patterns are made in Major scale, others - in Minor.

๐Ÿ’พ Get the soundset: https://antonanru.sellfy.store/p/moth...

Each pattern is thoroughly set with parameters such as Gate Length, Ratchet, Glide, and Accent. The length of the sequences varies from 16 to 32 steps.

By default, the sequences are in the C4 Minor scale. However, you may transpose them to octaves, or you can adjust the root note in semitones using the onboard keyboard to fit any scale. Additionally, transposition during playback can be used to create progressions.

Moog Mother-32 doesn't have the import/export feature. The only way to share a melodic line is old good Patterns Sheets - a picture, where all parameters are put to the picture, and then, a pattern is recreated manually by following the settings on the sheets.

Thus, the soundset is presented in the form of a PDF file. You can see an example of a pattern in the video or on the product page, the picture is attached.

There are audio examples of all patterns inside the folder with the soundset. The timbre in the examples is kept simple to avoid disturbing the perception with excessive modulations. The examples' tempo is 110 BPM. You may import them into your DAW and add a straight 4/4 kick pattern to have a rhythmic reference. After you've programmed a pattern, you can then set the patch to any complexity level.

The soundset doesn't include Mother-32 patches/timbres/front-panel settings. Patterns only.
You may find Mother-32 patches on my website as separate products.

You can use the patterns as ready-to-go material for your tracks or jams. Alternatively, you can go further by taking them as a starting point. Decorate the sequences with the features offered by Mother-32: play with pattern length (end point), direction, rotation (shifts the starting point back and forward), swing amount and division, tempo division if you use an external clock, momentary actions like hold, accent, ratchet, and others, reset, and, of course, you can change patterns by muting/adding steps or changing notes. Thus, a single sequence can produce many 'siblings' in real time."

Behringer Kobol Expander Modular Patches Sound Demo. No Talk

video upload by Anton Anru

Follow-up to Behringer Kobol Expander Classic Patches Sound Demo. No Talk

"«Explorer» is a collection of 50 patches: 13 Leads, 13 Basses, 13 Plucks, 6 Drones, 5 FX.
This soundset is the opposite of my previous one, 'Analog Classics,' where I focused on creating more vintage/classical timbres. In the "Explorer" bank of presets, I aimed to dive deeper into the Kobol Expander and achieve the most interesting and experimental results.

๐Ÿ“ฅ Get the soundset: https://antonanru.sellfy.store/p/kobo...

๐Ÿ’Ž The collection includes aggressive, bright, detuned, freaky, noisy, atonal, metallic, generative, evolving, rhythmic timbres.
Plucks are excellent for use with arpeggiators or sequencers. In most examples of this category, I utilize an arpeggiator. Kobol Expander doesn’t have a built in arp/seq, but you may integrate your preferred arpeggiators or sequencers from your DAW or MIDI controller.

Behringer Edge Modular Patches/Patterns/Samples No Talk Demo

video upload by Anton Anru

"Behringer Edge «Modular Grooves» is a collection of 50 patches + patterns: 17 Percs/Drums, 16 Basses, 17 Synths. It is dedicated to the modular vibe, loved for its analog warm sound, experimental attitude, rich opportunities, unique features and tones, and inspirational workflow.

๐Ÿ’Ž The presets feature various colors: warm, noisy, detuned, distorted, as well as mild, clean, soft, punchy, dark, bright, deep, and airy.
Some timbres are great to play the first role in tracks or jams, while others will work perfectly as additional parts.
You may use the patches as they are, but I strongly recommend tweaking the knobs to develop the timbre during your performance and get an exciting experience.

๐Ÿ“ฅ Get the soundset: https://antonanru.sellfy.store/p/edge...

๐Ÿ’ฝ The soundset also includes 24/41000 WAV samples, accompanied by BPM and scale information. You can use them as they are, or you're free to resample, edit, and apply effects. These samples offer a versatile material for your experimentation.

๐Ÿ“š The soundset is presented in PDF format. Each page contains notes that explain how the patch works, what parameters are worth tweaking during playback, and how to develop the timbre during a performance. If you make all the settings consciously and try the things mentioned in the notes, you will learn a lot about the synth and discover its true depth.

๐ŸŽง There are audio examples of all patches inside the folder with the soundset.
To recreate these patches, you need up to 3 patch cords.

Tuning is an important part of the final result, but it’s quite difficult to depict the settings of oscillators frequencies and sequencer knobs as they are quite small, and even a tiny movement may shift the pitch. I tried to be as accurate as possible to draw these settings (the way they play in the audio examples), but don’t be upset if you can’t recreate the same melody. You may spend some time to catch the same melody, or you may use the settings as a starting point for your own melodic or percussive lines.

I used an external USB clock from Ableton Live. When external clock is used, TEMPO knob has no effect, so I left its value on some default position. Only tempo division (SCALE) changes the playback. If you use EDGE as a master clock device, change TEMPO to your taste.

๐Ÿ”” The video contains demo tracks featuring these presets. I've added other samples, drums and pads, to create a complete musical context. The EDGE sequences can be quite complex, producing various timbres at once, like bass and percussion. To help you distinguish, I've marked the EDGE and ADDITIONAL SOUNDS with different colors.
These ADDITIONAL SOUNDS are not included in the soundset.

Moog DFAM: Modular Grooves Patches/Patterns. No Talk Demo

video upload by Anton Anru

"The new Moog DFAM soundset has been highly requested by my subscribers. The first bank, «Techno Generator», received many positive feedbacks over the past few years.
«Modular Grooves» is a collection of 50 patches + patterns: 17 Percs/Drums, 16 Basses, 17 Synths. It is dedicated to the modular vibe, loved for its analog warm sound, experimental attitude, rich opportunities, unique features and tones, and inspirational workflow.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Get the soundset: https://antonanru.sellfy.store/p/dfam...

๐Ÿ’Ž The presets feature various colors: noisy, detuned, distorted, as well as mild, clean, soft, punchy, dark, bright, deep, and airy.
Some timbres are great to play the first role in tracks or jams, while others will work perfectly as additional parts.
You may use the patches as they are, but I strongly recommend tweaking the knobs to develop the timbre during your performance and get an exciting experience.

๐Ÿ“šThe soundset is presented in the form of PDF-Document.

To recreate these patches you need up to 3 patch cords.

๐Ÿ’ฝ The soundset also includes 24/41000 WAV samples, accompanied by BPM and scale information. You can use them as they are, or you're free to resample, edit, and apply effects. These samples offer a versatile material for your experimentation.

๐Ÿ”” You are listening to demo tracks featuring these presets. I've added other samples, drums and pads, to create a complete musical context. The DFAM sequences can be quite complex, producing various timbres at once, like bass and percussion. To help you distinguish, I've marked the DFAM and ADDITIONAL SOUNDS with different colors.
These ADDITIONAL SOUNDS are not included in the soundset.

Ableton Live Presets: Atmospheric Vintage Pads, Keys, Arps

video upload by Anton Anru

"Ableton Live - Memories On Tape is a collection of 50 presets that includes: 8 Arps, 7 Keys, 9 Pads, 5 Rhythmical, 7 Strings, 7 Synths, 7 Textures.
The bank of presets is dedicated to romantic, melancholic, nostalgic, retro/vintage, lo-fi sound. It features various colors: warm and cold, noisy and detuned, soft and punchy, dark and bright, clean and distorted, deep and airy.

๐Ÿงฟ Get the soundset: https://antonanru.sellfy.store/p/able...

๐ŸŽน The presets are presented in the Instrument Rack format, which combines synths and effects in a single device. Each Instrument Rack has 8 Macros that make it easy to develop timbre and adjust key parameters.

๐ŸŽ› The macros are a significant part of the soundset. They can change tone, stereo width, modulation depth and rate, noise level, distortion, detuning, space/echo/reverb, effects mix, envelope parameters, and others.
You may control them via MIDI controller like Push, use them for automation, or map the macros to Ableton modulators like LFO, Shaper, and others.

For the soundset, I utilized only Ableton Suite's built-in instruments and effects. No external installations, such as M4L devices or samples, are required.

The soundset is suitable for many genres: ambient, electronica, IDM, trip-hop, lounge, downtempo, pop, chill out, new age, cinematic, trance, deep, progressive, techno, retrowave, synthwave, breaks, jungle, drum and bass, dub and others.

Highlights:
๐Ÿ”น Wide range of timbres
๐Ÿ”น Thoroughly set parameters
๐Ÿ”น Velocity sensitive
๐Ÿ”น ModWheel adds expression
๐Ÿ”น 8 macros to shape the timbre during performance
๐Ÿ”น Live 12 Browser Tags for a more comfortable browsing experience

๐Ÿ”” The presets are compatible with Ableton Suite 11 or higher.
Please note that they are strictly for Suite version only. Standard, Lite, and Intro versions do not include the instruments used for the presets.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Installation.
Put the folder "Anton Anru - Memories On Tape" into your Ableton User Library - Presets - Instruments - Instrument Rack. Just drag and drop the folder from your OS browser into Live browser.
Contains two versions: Live 11 and Live 12 (with Browser Tags).

Moog Mother-32: Techno Jam Patterns/Sequences. No Talk Demo

video upload by Anton Anru

"Moog Mother-32 'Techno Jam' is a collection of 64 patterns suitable for different genres like Techno, Minimal, House, Progressive, Acid, Deep, Rave, Dub, Tribal, Hardcore, Industrial, Dark, Electro, etc.
The soundset contains a wide range of sequences: dense, with all steps active, or sparse, having many empty steps and giving space for other instruments. Some patterns are made in Natural Minor, they will work nicely for Deep or Melodic Techno, while some use other modes, like Phrygian and are associated with Acid 303-lines.

๐Ÿ’พ Get the soundset: https://antonanru.sellfy.store/p/m32-...

Each seq is thoroughly set with parameters such as Gate Length, Ratchet, Glide, and Accent. The length of the sequences varies from 9 to 32 steps, including "odd" lengths (e.g., 14, 18, and so on) for polyrhythmic/polymetric grooves.

By default, the sequences are in the C3 Minor scale. This range is best suited for bass lines. However, you may transpose them to octaves higher to create melodic lines. You can also adjust the root note in semitones using the onboard keyboard to fit any scale. Additionally, transposition during playback can be used to create progressions, as demonstrated in some examples in my video demo.

There are audio examples of all seqs inside the folder with the soundset. The timbre in the examples is kept simple to avoid disturbing the perception with excessive modulations.

Thus, a single sequence can produce many "siblings" in real time.

Behringer Cat Retro & Modern Patches: Bass, Lead. No Talk Demo

video upload by Anton Anru

"Welcome to the soundset for the Behringer Cat synthesizer.
«Analog Classics» is a collection of 60 patches: 18 Leads, 16 Basses, 16 Plucks, 5 Chords, 5 FX.
It includes famous sounds that are found in many electronic tracks, from vintage to modern, musical solo timbres; retro basses that will fit into any track or performance. The patches will add uniqueness to your music, featuring the characteristic sound introduced by the Behringer Cat.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Get the soundset: https://antonanru.sellfy.store/p/cat-...

Plucks are excellent for use with arpeggiators or sequencers. In most examples of this category, I utilize an arpeggiator. Behringer Cat doesn’t have a built in arp/seq, but you may integrate your preferred arpeggiators or sequencers from your DAW or MIDI controller.

Chords are patches that involve intervals between the oscillators, such as major/minor thirds and others, creating the illusion of a chord.

The presets are suitable for a variety of genres, including: ambient, electronica, IDM, deep, techno, house, progressive, trance, lounge, downtempo, funk, jazz, pop, chill out, new age, cinematic, breaks, jungle, drum and bass, dub and others.

The soundset is presented in the form of PDF-Document. Each page contains notes that explain how the patch works, what parameters are worth tweaking during playback, and how to develop the timbre during a performance.

There are audio examples of all patches inside the folder with the soundset.
