"This 80's vintage, fully analog drum synth module is designed for use with standard external triggers/pads (no sequencer.) This offering is for the TAMA 'brain' only & does not include triggers/pads. Six analog synth channels (Snare, Rim Shot, Tom 1, Tom 2, Tom 3 and Bass) are adjustable by nine parameters: Sensitivity, Attack, Decay, Noise, Bend, Tune, Tone/Noise, Emphasis & Level. The available electronic drum sounds are resultantly highly variable. All channels also have an individual factory-preset Memory output configuration by Manual/Memory switch. Each channel has its own Pad Trigger In, External Trigger In, & Output. Additionally, there are aggregate Mix & Phones Outputs, & Stereo/Mono Line In Inputs. This module is fully functional; each adjustment knob, Manual/Memory switch & indicator light is operational. All adustment knob pots turn quietly with no signal noise. Cosmetically, there are no broken/cracked/loose knobs/lights, dents, missing/worn/torn feet, etc. The case is virtually pristine, including three sides, but the front side shows modest wear blemishing from vertical positioning - actual auction item is pictured. This model is in desktop form factor with rubber feet & not a rackmount configuration.

As an anecdotal observation, couple this module with triggers/pads & a large, standard amplifier with reverb, & stand back! Most typically comparable in function to the vintage & pricey Simmons SDSV, but at a fraction of the cost. Get Devolved, get Disco, get Funky, the 80's are back with the TAMA TS-305!.."

"Cheetah MS6 Home Use Only - It's a 6-voice polyphonic/multitimbral analog synthesizer in a single-unit rack module. It has two digitally controlled oscillators per voice (12 DCOs) to provide better stability, and they sound surprisingly warm and musical.

The MS6 is a full-featured analog synth with 12 oscillators with PWM, noise and sync. There are 6 analog 24dB/oct filters which are warm and resonant!"

Metasonix R-System 1 Voice Demo

Published on Sep 6, 2013 7numan7·77 videos

"This is a demo of the Metasonix R-51 (Distortion/VCA), R-53 (Pulser/Ringmod) and R-55 (Thyratron VCO) synthesizer modules, which all use tubes. There are two R-51s, one R-53 and two R-55s being used in this patch.

The R-System is being controlled and processed by a Meng Qi Music 'Cocoquantus' looping delay/sampler + ribbon and antenna controller. The output of the Cocoquantus is being processed by a Knas Ekdahl Moisturizer spring reverb. And the Moisturizer's output is being processed by a Wavemakers 255R dual phase shifter (which is switched on and off throughout the video, so that you can hear how the Metasonix modules sound by themselves without the phaser effect added).

Enjoy!"

The Lintronics MIDI Converter ("LMC") is a feature-rich, high-performance MIDI interface that is designed specifically to place the expressive potential of the Minimoog and certain other monophonic analog synthesizers under MIDI control. Designed by Rudi Linhard (who also designed the Lintronics Advanced Memorymoog Modification), the LMC uses state-of-the-art digital circuitry and software. It includes an internal Low Frequency Oscillator (LFO), which can be used in addition to, or in place of the host synth's LFO. Pitch, pitch bend, filter cutoff, loudness, modulation amount, and the internal LFO's (Low Frequency Oscillator) rate and depth, all may be controlled through MIDI in real time and with high resolution. In addition, the Glide and Decay functions may be turned on and off through MIDI. A wide range of controller assignments, keyboard modes, and similar options are accessed through MIDI Program Change commands. And the LMC includes a programmable wide range multiwaveform LFO which can be used in addition to or in place of the host synth's LFO. (Lintronics)"
