From hardware developments, to gutting out an introduction into the digitial, to becoming as well known as a player - Nyle has a history of nailing the right thing at the right time.

KORG ms-20 vs Avalon Bassline

I wanted to make something a bit different using the avalon bassline, focus on more ambient structures and really downbeat, with no drums just a dreamy atmosphere.

The avalon bassline is being treated with a delay from the earthquaker devices space spiral, slighly modulated and on the verge of tipping over into a self oscillating mayhem. Strymon bluesky adds some modulated room reverb for that extra shimmer.

ms-20 mini does the main lead sound, with el Capistan on a pretty long delay echoing into a small spring tank setting in the same.

The audio is post processed with compressor and limiter to keep it a bit under control since it is very dynamic.
