1997 Propellerhead ReBirth (RB-338) Techno Micro Composer "Believe the unbelievable" Brochure

You can find the full brochure and a write-up over at Retro Synth Ads.

"Propellerhead ReBirth (RB-338) Techno Micro Composer 'Believe the unbelievable' four page colour brochure from 1997.

Full disclosure - I'm a huuuuuge Reason fan. I have a great auto-load template set up that opens with two TBL3 303 emulators, and two Kongs - one with 808 sounds and one with 909 sounds. Great for when I'm on the road. Or in bed.

So, you can't be surprised that I was a huge ReBirth fan way back when as well."

On the Moogseum

"Wonder what we've been up to lately? In addition to teaching almost 3,000 students about the science of sound through Dr. Bob's SoundSchool, we've also been working hard to bring the Moogseum to life. We'll have more details soon, but we are still aiming for an opening at the end of May.

The Moogseum will feature two interactive timelines, an immersive video dome, lessons on synthesis for the novice to advanced learner, a re-creation of Bob's workbench, and much more.

As we close in on our goals for this one-of-a-kind facility, we need your help to bring it to fruition. Please consider making a donation to support this effort to bring Bob's legacy to life. Donate here.

Thank you for your ongoing support of our work!"

"This has seen very little use, it is a module from the limited 2009 manufacture run of 20 units.

There is a bit of rack rash but screw would cover it.

Serial number is 185008.

It has the latest, updated V3.1 firmware, which allows for a new split sequence
mode.

This is the original sequencer that some other Eurorack clone is based upon.

It's layout and design are very similar to the original 182 sequencer, but with much
more added features.

- The knobs control the CV/pitch.
- The big switches control step length in clock pulses, and
- The smaller switches select different gate modes [mute, single, repeated, legato].

Extra functions are accessed by holding the reset button for a few seconds:

- Programmable per-step portamento
- New split sequence mode where the sequence can be split in two with different loop lengths for each section.

Module is tested and working properly.

Here is a video of a similar module" [posted here]

"Roland RS-505 Analog string synth in truly outstanding condition.

Regarded by many as the best string synth ever made.

This unit is in fabulous original condition and is very hard to fault. The wooden veneer is in excellent condition and the front panel, knobs and keys are in superb condition.

The rear jacks are still clean and shiny which is a good indication that this unit has always been stored in its case and away from the elements.

This is also an indication that the internals have not been compromised over the years by any corrosion.

It sounds absolutely amazing, very dark and moody."
