Squidfanny - 1980's 'CRASH BOX' Sound effects toy
YouTube via squidfanny — May 06, 2010 — "Original first generation Black Blob device. Note the mis-spelling of 'DRAULA' noise.... I wonder how many thousands were produced before someone noticed!
This one was sold under the title 'CRASH BOX', with the slogan 'Don't get mad, get even!'. It came with sticky pads for fixing to a car dashboard, presumably so that angry motorists could hurl electronic hand grenades at each other..
Just added a pitch knob and an audio output. Might integrate into a drum machine at some point though.
+Thanks so much Wendy for finding this lovely piece of treasure for me :-))+"

Chill Out by Gazdatronik, Looker
YouTube via Gazdatronik — May 05, 2010 — "Somebody broke into my car and stole all my shit two days ago. But I have here a piece I did showcasing what the Emulator 6400 and some old mellotron samples can do with a litte expression. I do love that choir.
The fight scene in Looker went well enough with it. Its a good movie, Michael Crichton's finest work, in my opinion.
