Update via MrLonghair in the comment: "It looks like a CME M-Key with knobs, the italic font logo seems to say M-Key II making me think this is a prototype out for testing."

Update: turns out the M-Key was modded by Marc Sirguy of Eowave.

i used garage band for electric piano and bass guitar samples, also i used sunrizer synth for saw pads, and i used drum samples from sample lab kits.
i think sample lab is most powerful ios music app, my favorite app now)"
