via the seller: "This rhythm keyboard controller is in good/near-mint cosmetic conditions. I don't have the central unit, so I can't verify the functionality. It needs the central unit to be powered and I don't know if it contains a sound generator."
You can find a demo of the full Wersimatic system previously posted here and some pics of the back and inside of one posted here. Based on the mono and stereo outs I'm guessing this should produce audio on its own? Additional information about the WM24B can be found in German here, Googlish here. According to that site, "The many pushbuttons are used to adjust the many bass, accompaniment, and arpeggio variations. As with the Böhmat S, the 2 octave keyboard completes the complete accompaniment machine. But you do not have to, sounds rather modest, but of course this is a matter of taste."

"Includes: Channel, a ten-note polyphonic, tunable, touch-driven synthesizer with built in effects; Motion, a sequencer with 2 independent-length step sequencers; and Mental, an unbelievably flexible drum and drone module with custom bread board for circuit bending. Also in the box are all the Dupont cables that the unit shipped with, the custom stand with original (and extra) mounting screws, a bag of components for circuit bending, the original power supply (US) and the manual. I'm also including an inline on/off switch because the unit was never designed with one and 2 - 3.5 mm (Eurorack) to 1/4 inch cables so you can patch this straight into a mixer of your choosing.
This is a very fun and deep synthesizer capable of a multitude of textures, tones and rhythms. Unfortunately, I just don't have the time to dedicate to it. Work and other responsibilities leave me with little time to explore all the gloriously immersive sonic worlds the Mescaline system is capable of creating. It's also a beautiful synthesizer to behold. Whether mounted in it's custom stand or in your Eurorack case, the sound and visual design are stunning. Arius Blaze, the designer of the Mescaline, is a gifted craftsman. I'd love to hang on to it but it's really just been sitting on my desk (and covered to prevent dust), which does not fit with my philosophy that instruments should be used to create music."

via the seller: "This is an Original MiniMoog Model D that I purchased used from a Music store in 1984. SN 9778. I used it at home for about 5-6 years as a hobby. It has been stored in my house since. I got it out last year and cleaned it all up and tried to sell it locally. I did no get any serious offers so I'm going to try ebay. It is in very good working condition, it has the original oscillators and has never been modified."
