Sequential Artist Spotlight Interview with In-Flight Movie
You can find the interview on Sequential's website here.
"In-Flight Movie are a synthwave band from Oxford. They combine 1980s style arrangements with film inspired soundscapes. In-Flight Movie like to play everything live using analogue gear and electronic drums to take a tour of the dark and nostalgic places that old school synths can take us.
We chatted with In-Flight Movie on how they use the Prophet Rev2 in their music"

Berlin School on Waldorf Iridium, Slim Phatty, Virus C: "Dwarf Nebula"
Brittle stR music
"Some space music, Berlin School style. The Iridium does the pad and the space warbles; the Phatty does the bass; the Virus does the higher arpeggios; sequencing from Korg Gadget. If you've been to this channel before, you may notice the Iridium replaces the Hydrasynth! The Hydrasynth is a superb piece of design but I found its sweet spots too elusive. This isn't a cover version: I just stole the title from Frank Zappa!"

Bob Moog Foundation Announces Virtual Moogseum Tour Featuring Moog Prototype & Herb Deutsch
"We are thrilled to announce a very special one-hour virtual Moogseum tour, Sunday, December 13, 2020, focusing on the Moog modular synthesizer prototype and featuring special guest Herb Deutsch, who collaborated with Bob Moog on developing the pioneering synth.
Deutsch, now 88 years old, used the prototype synthesizer to compose for many years, then donated the instrument to The Henry Ford museum in 1982. It is on loan and being exhibited at the Moogseum through December 31, 2020, making this tour one of the last chances to see it in this unique facility.
The tour will explore Bob Moog’s history leading up to his meeting with Deutsch, and will draw from the vast collection in the Bob Moog Foundation Archives. Deutsch will then join the tour from his home in Long Island, and share his memories and insights into working with Moog during this crucial moment in music history. He will take questions after the tour.
Tickets are available on a “pay what you can” basis through the Eventbrite. The funding generated from the tour will help support the Moogseum, which was closed for five months due to the pandemic.
The prototype heads back to the Henry Ford at the end of the year, so don't miss this special opportunity!

Moog Mother-32 Sequencer Tribute. Possibilities Demo. No talking
Anton Anru
"Watch how a simple sequence may evolve into a completely different and complex sound thanks to the sequencer modifiers like Accent, Rest, Glide, Gate Time, different Assign output sources, Swing Intervals and Amount, Tempo Divisions + synth engine itself. Mother-32 workflow and the result are really inspiring. Moog do make a huge impact on synth world evolution!
If you face problems with the sequencer - can't remember all the commands and button combinations, you may download a Cheat Sheet (PDF, Hi-Res Pictures, Mobile version) - it will help a lot.
Also, I have patches for Moog Mother-32. You may like them as well.

Macbeth M5 meets Telecaster
Tom Noise
"A long improvisation with the Macbeth M5 and a Fender Telecaster (directly plugged into the M5). No external Amp. I am not a great guitar player btw... ;-)
The Macbeth M5 was generating the pulsating bass while the external input of the unit was used for the Telecaster. The Delay is a Korg FX Pedal. Spring Reverb from the M5."

That Waldorf Wave looks like it's suffering from a sticky Nextel surface. It needs a wipe down.
"A nice day during summer at Sebastien's home. We did an "ARP clones session" with his wonderfull ARP 2500 clone and my Ancestor (with the great 4012 filter)."
