Tasty Chips GR-1 - Granular Clair de Lune (Ambient Music)

"I was wrong, there was no problem with the GR-1, I was just using it wrong, now I can finally sample and playback in granular mode with the same volume (the GR-1 was turning the patch volume way down by default for some reason), and the crackling noises were due to the grains going through the end of the track (which was ending with a pop due to the way I ended the recording). I've sampled 20 seconds of Clair de Lune and got lost for nearly 20 minutes with it, listen by yourself, it gets better and better over time."

"I was watching " The name of rose" movie, and I was captured by the main theme that is simply amazing. So I tried to make my replica with the OBX8. A bit of chorus and a reverb were added. The filter is opening with a pedal controller. Enjoy!

Improvisation in the Vangelis' Style / Homage to Vangelis (Complete)

"Yesterday I dreamed that I had met Vangelis.
It was very real and very very emotional to me.
I always loved the Vangelis' music and since his passage I was very sad with his lost.

This is a complete improvisation that I recorded in the same day that I dreamed with the master Vangelis.

I used just Yamaha DX7 Mk II, some small sound effects by Logic's Alchemy (in the background) + Eventide Blackhole and Valhala Shimmer.
