Haken Audio: Eurorack-based CVC (Control Voltage Converter) Summary
video upload by EaganMatrix Programming
"Here's a summary of the new Eurorack CVC card now available from Haken Audio for use with all EaganMatrix based instruments running 10.61 or later firmware (currently does not support Osmose as it is running 10.52 DSP firmware). This is 100% compatible with the function of the previous Stand-alone CVC but now can be placed in your Eurorack chassis - or it can be ordered as a stand-alone unit that comes in a small 5V USB-C powered enclosure. Supports 4 channels (voices) of WXYZ CV as did the previous models. A dual version is also available using two Eurorack CVCs that can give you 8 voices of WXYZ CV outputs (either as a pre-constructed enclosed unit or as two separate modules that can be joined with a connection kit allowing you to place them in your Eurorack chassis. What a great new addition for Eurorack and Haken Audio instrument owners."
EaganMatrix 10.61/10.62 Firmware Testing with Multiple Instruments & CVC
video upload by EaganMatrix Programming
"Testing a number of the 10.61/10.62 EaganMatrix firmware MPE + CV interfaces with Haken Continuum, EaganMatrix Eurorack Modules, ContinuuMini, Osmose (as MPE controller running older 10.52 firmware) and the new Eurorack based Control Voltage Converter (CVC). Everything seems to be programmed and outputting as expected. A great set of Haken Audio products now available supporting the new features of this firmware (mostly ability to program independent Master Section parameters, support for new CVC and ability to run Microtonal Tuning grids again - plus a few other features detailed in the 10.61 Continuum manual)."
12/17/25 Zerosum Inertia ZI54 + Trogotronic 676 + RYK 185 (System 100m) + Alesis MIDIVERB II
video upload by Cfpp0
"A little montage of three horrendous fanfares while testing power supplies. The Monorocket Mission6 case has been emptied and the Zerosum Inertia ZI54 and Metasonix RKP have been moved to the racks, where the Moog Subharmonicon used to be installed. We almost sold the amazing Trogotronic 676 and two 11 VCA controllers, but they’re staying. Those, plus a Zerosum Inertia 6AS6 Signal Combiner, have been added to the same rack, as they all sound great with the Roland System 100m. There is also a Doepfer Quantizer, mainly for the Roland 182 sequencer we got recently. The reverb is from the MIDIVERB II."
Timing doesn't get tighter than this // Gridlock II interface for CV, MIDI, USB & DIN Sync
video upload by Starsky Carr
"If you’ve ever struggled with MIDI jitter, sloppy DAW clocking, or keeping vintage synths and drum machines locked in time, the Innerclock Systems Gridlock II might be the ultimate solution.
https://innerclocksystems.com/gridloc...
In this video I take an in-depth look at Gridlock II, a professional MIDI, DIN Sync, USB and CV/Gate timing hub from Australian company Innerclock Systems, designed to deliver rock-solid timing with jitter as low as 20 microseconds. Rather than relying on unreliable DAW MIDI clock, Gridlock II generates its own ultra-accurate timing using an audio-based plugin approach — and the results are immediately audible.
I demonstrate how Gridlock II integrates vintage non-MIDI synths like the ARP Odyssey, Minimoog, Prodigy, Promars, Juno-60, alongside modern USB and MIDI gear, all appearing cleanly inside Logic as named instruments. You’ll see how MIDI, DIN Sync, USB MIDI and CV/Gate can coexist in one system, with every device locked tightly to the beat.
Key topics covered:
Why DAW MIDI clock drifts — and how Gridlock II fixes it
Audio-based clock generation for near-zero jitter timing
Syncing MIDI, DIN Sync, USB MIDI, CV & Gate together
Using vintage synths like modern MIDI instruments
TR-909 timing comparison: DAW vs Gridlock II
MIDI filtering, clock offsets, PPQN and transport control
CV pitch scaling, volt-per-octave & gate voltage options
Standalone operation for live performance reliability
Who Gridlock II is really for (and who it isn’t)"

How to humanise your drum beats with the Launchpad Pro
video upload by Novation
"In this video, Dylan shows you five different ways to elevate the sound of your drum beats and get your drums feeling less robotic and more human with our Launchpad Pro.
MIDI drums offer music makers lots of flexibility to change the sounds of drum elements on the fly and make minor adjustments at any point, even after your track is recorded. But this can leave them sounding a bit robotic, with every hit at the same velocity, strictly on the grid, and generally not capturing the nuances of a real drummer. But here's how to fix that!
Watch the video to find out five distinct ways to make your beat sequences sound and feel real whilst adding life to your drum grooves.

Analogue Systems (Parts 2): Experiments and Expectations
video upload by Stromkult
Part 1 here
"This is the second part in a series of videos featuring the UK modular institution Analogue Systems originally published in 2015. It was filmed by Evi Kruckenhauser during Andreas Schneider's and Holger Zapf's (now managing director of Doepfer) visit to Cornwall, where Analogue System's Bob Williams and Steve Gay reside and have built AS modules since the 1990s. After recently stumbling upon these videos again, we talked to Andreas and thought it would be nice to republish them and make them available on YouTube for the first time ever. While Bob has since retired, Steve continues to craft modules with the same exceptional audio quality in South Cornwall.
In this video, Steve and Bob talk about the philosophy behind Analogue Systems, the advantages of people using their modules in the "wrong way", how the history of electronic music can create certain expectations, the 5U vs. 3U question, designing circuits back in the analog days, and more."

PlantsSystem-BlueMan
video upload by plantssystem
"PlantsSystem 'Blue Man' is a techno track with an immersive feel that sinks into the depths.
Intensely undulating synthesizer modulation distorts the space, creating an inorganic yet organic groove. The subsonic bass is low and heavy enough to shake your very core, emphasizing the tension of the entire track to the utmost.
A track that combines coolness and heat, suitable for both dance floors and headphones.
